Bodrum stay

Thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel and the staff were 10/10 and we’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Bodrum The hotel is clean with a great gym and spa. It’s close to the beach and city centre and is just good vibes. Highly recommend

The front desk communication was great throughout as they assisted in arranging our Bodrum airport transfers, and also provided us with an early check-in. The hotel is in a great location, and within a few minutes walk of the nearest general/grocery stores, shops, bars, other restaurants, and the beach. The room could do with some TLC (we had a ground floor one bedroom apartment), although I am sure this will be completed in time for the next big season. The onsite restaurant offers an array of local and international dishes, and the breakfast options were great, especially the omelette station, thanks to the lady working there as her dishes always hit the spot first thing in the morning. The gym and pools offer everything, you do however have to ask for simple things like water and towels, as they are not readily available. Overall, we had a great experience and stay at Jasmin Elite Residence and would recommend to anybody visiting the area, purely for the convenience and location.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmin Elite Residence & Spa, and what made it truly unforgettable was the exceptional service from Burcu Şahin. From the moment we arrived, Burcu was incredibly attentive and helpful. She handled all our reservations with such efficiency, recommended amazing places to visit and dine, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her dedication and kindness turned our trip into a smooth, memorable experience. Thanks to her, we discovered the best of Bodrum and made the most of our vacation. She’s a true asset to the hotel, and we are so grateful for her support throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel — and make sure you get in touch with Burcu when you arrive!

Wir haben uns für 6 Tage in Jasmin Elite Residence einquartiert. Hatten ein großes Apartment waren in erster Linie auch zufrieden, leider hat uns die Eingangstür ein Streich durch die Rechnung gemacht, das Schloss war beschädigt somit müssten wir nochmals umziehen. Gleiche Apartmentgröße. Die Hotel-Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und die Gebäuden sehr modern. Natürlich muss man dies auch Pflegen und Hägen. In dieser Hinsicht mangelt es an Sauberkeit, der Cement Staub wir von der Tiefgarage in die ganze Hotel-Anlage herumgetragen dies beeinträchtigt die Wohn-Qualität der Anlage. Zudem ist es in der Umgebung der Hotel-Anlage sehr Laut(Musik) dies geht bis manchmal bis 02:00 Uhr. Zwei Tage würden auch an unserer Gebäude-Wand Reparaturen durchgeführt, dies hat uns auch etwas gestresst.(Hämmern,Klopfen, Fließarbeiten). Dies zur Kenntnisnahme.
