Convenient location with the manager Usman going out of the way to make you comfortable. However rooms fittings were a bit tired - need to refurbish to make this more amenable for a comfortable stay.

Family Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Savoy Suites Hotel, during our recent visit to Dubai. This hotel is conveniently located near Bur Dubai and close to Burjaman Train station. Commuting was easy and food was not a challenge at all. Bur Dubai has all the Indian Restaurants at walking distance from this hotel. Great breakfast with the menu changing daily for the main course. Warm and helpful staff right throughout the day. I don't remember all the names but would like to mention those I remember like, Zeeshan, Thomas, Rahul, Vinai and many more.

Savoy Suite Dubai

There were a few apartments/hotels in the vicinity with the name Savoy and can be confusing. The studio apartment was spacious and had all the amenities that a short term traveller would need, including a washer. Staff members were helpful and informative and the restaurant served acceptable food (although they couldn't get an order for "medium" steak right twice). The walk to the nearby shopping centre and metro was not too far when you start out in the morning but can be a tad too much after a long day out. Generally I am happy to stay here again but with the many ( and I mean MANY) choices available in Dubai, I'd probably try somewhere else just for a different experience.

The reception staff were great Sankirth in particular. Imran the helper was awesome.the breakfast we all enjoyed a lot. In particular the Indian breakfast. Overall a good experience and will return to this place.
