Good Location, Great Apartment

Comfort like home stay. Stayed two nights and it was Excellent. Clean and comfy, cooking amenities great. Ask for high floor to get great city views. Location was somewhat further from train station but convenience store was right across from apartment. Will choose to stay again!

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment but we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment. Big lovely apartment with nice views from the living room. An email with clear instructions were given a few days before we reached which made check-in a breeze. There are no air-con in the rooms but fans are provided. The laundry facility also consist of a combi dryer with washing machine, so it takes really long for clothes to dry. The reception was just right on the ground level of the building though it can be hard to spot it since it is in a back alley near the parking area. Carpark is secured. Most of the reception staffs are friendly, and necessities like liquid detergent are provided free if needed. No housekeeping so we had to clear our own rubbish daily, and carpet floor was quite dirty with nail clippings and hair. Other than that, a nice place to stay at since it is situated at such a convenient location.

Business Trip

Overall experience was good. The location was good... just outside the CBD area. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Was upgraded to a 2 bdrm apartment upon checked in which I appreciated. However, one of the bdrm was locked when I checked with reception. Decided to change as room and the order room checked in does not have air condition in the bdroom but a ceiling fan.

The locality is one of main reason to pick this apartment which is really near to Southbank Promenade and CBD area. It only takes 5 mins walk to the Flinders St whereby you can take trams and trains to all directions. In addition, the room and toilet are clean and well maintain.

Comfortable stay and close to CBD

Great location, walking distance to CBD, i.e. Near the free tram zone (about 5-10mins walk) location is slightly far away from nice restaurants or the market, but the rooms were comfortable and it comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, stove. Special thanks to Gaurav for being so helpful during our stay, will certainly return back to this hotel.
