Great affordable property walkable to Disneyland Paris and right next door to Val D’Europe. It’s cheap and cheerful but the staff were lovely and there for about you needed. I’d stay again.

Great for a large family visiting Disneyland. 25mins walk to the park, or 5mins walk to train station, and 1 stop to the parks. Also 5mins from massive shopping centre with supermarket. And a great bakery around the corner. Everything we need for a base when visiting the parks. Large rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff.

Avoid this hotel!!

Very dirty, doors with holes, panels cracked, floor tiles cracked, shells and window sills that are chipping away no staff at reception in the evening, very noise. No good night sleep!! Stay away from this hotel.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train and next to the mall. The room was good. But the window insulation in the room facing the street was poor and it was difficult to sleep at night, we woke up several times due to normal street noise. On the day of departure, the hotel staff did not allow us to leave our luggage beyond 6:00 PM even though we had a late flight at night, so half of that day was wasted on keeping our luggage instead of walking around Paris at leisure, even though the staff in the lobby stayed until 7:00 PM and we also asked to arrive later and have them leave our luggage outside the locked lobby but they refused, it was very disappointing

Decent for the price.

We stayed here for a few days while we traveled to Disneyland. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The front desk staff were friendly and hospitable. The room was clean but small, and even though you have a room with a double bed it's really two single squished together so they will come apart and you will fall between them. The room was clean, although dated and the one thing that surprised us was that there was no aircon in the room although they did supplies with a fan that did work well. With 30° weather each day though the fan was getting a workout. The porcelain floors were cracked and it needs a little bit of TLC. We would stay here again though. The neighborhood is very nice and surprisingly quiet especially in the evening, and it's only a 20 to 25 minute walk to Disneyland , or take the train.

Small adjustments could make all the difference

Lovely staff and absolutely fine if you just need somewhere to sleep/make food. Not as modern as the photos appear and plenty that could be 'done up' to make it nicer feeling. For example: • Replace the smashed tiles on the floor • The towels and mattresses had some stains so also need replacing • TV had very few channels which could be updated • We didn't love that we were required to take the bins out to the basement ourselves on checkout. Little fixes would make a huge difference as it's in a great location with good sized rooms and helpful staff.

Very easy to find, clean but needs updating. outside machine to get keys was very useful. Could use with signs of where to go once in the building as we arrived in the evening and we're a bit unsure where to go after getting the keys.

Good stay for price

Reception was very friendly and we had no issues xhecking in or out. Underground parking was great and for a reasonable €11 per night (24hrs). Short walk to Disneyland or train station with trains until midnight to the centre of Paris (30ish minutes). Room was a little dated. Bedding was clean, but had to make the sofabed ourselves (despite booking for 5) and the crockey/cutlery was not all clean, but nothing awful.

We were checking in after 7pm so the reception wasn't open. On the way there, saw the message stating you had to contact them beforehand if this was the case. Panicked but eventually managed to contact an agent. When we arrived, our keys weren't in the outside box. It kept saying it didn't recognise the booking. Called the number on the box and although his English wasn't very good (our french was non existent) he walked us through how to access the keys in the safe box inside. You put the 4 digit code in and the keys pop out the locked boxes. Our stay was clean and comfortable

Property was clean, but very run down, the bathroom had a terrible drain smell, the shower was terribly designed and the curtain was rubbish so the whole bathroom floor basically flooded when you used the shower. The top of the fridge was broken off so had sharp edges revealed. The parking felt slightly more complicated than it needed to be, but was only €11 a night so fairly reasonable. Our room was also on the street side of the property, so was fairly loud could hear peoples conversation as they walked past the room, so not very good windows. Felt expensive for the state of the property. Good location for walking to Disney and for train station with easy journey into Paris, so great location.

Great family hotel for Disney visit

Stayed in the summer with young kids. Delightfully friendly and helpful front desk staff. Small elevator; efficient pay laundry facilities; coins required. Room was spacious, somewhat dated, but clean and pleasant. Small bathroom and kitchen, but we were hardly in the room so they did the trick. Room was on first floor (2nd floor to us North Americans ;) ), and we were bothered by the amount of cigarette smoke frequently blowing in through the windows; people would stand out in the courtyard and smoke right under our window at all hours of the day. 5-minute walk to metro station, then take the metro one stop (7 mins) to Disney entrance. We walked to Disney the first night, took about 30 mins. Grocery store 5 mins away right near metro station. Huge shopping mall adjacent to hotel; Primark was a highlight! Great family hotel, good value, would definitely stay here again.
