Luka & Irena are excellent. The facilities are excellent. Sauna, swimming pool,24 hr gym. Full laundry facilities. The property was extremly clean. 10-15 minute walk to the town.

Phenomenal find!

This small hotel villa is remarkable. The suite is clean and modern with anything needed for your stay. The small cafe bar is available with coffee and ice for drinks 24/7. There is a lovely pool, hot tub, sauna and massage is available with requested appointment. We lived the artistic touch by Irene, wife of Lukas, and items are available to purchase if you’d like! There is a small market nearby with any needs, especially breakfast pastries. Also a small restaurant with pizza and other dinner items in walking distance. We will recommend this hotel highly and intend to stay upon our return!

Fundamentally great.

Great price for a two bedroom apartment. Very ciean. Minimalistic furnishing. Slightly further from centre than i imagine and up a long incline for the walk home. Staff lovely. No housekeeping.. Not great location for people with walking or health issues but would recommend.

A propriedade tem um esquema de check in muito legal e inteligente. Fomos bem recebidos. O quarto tinha uma sacada com vista e o apartamento era agradável. O apartamento estava limpo exceto pelo andar de cima onde ficava no teto que tinham muitas teias e mini aranhas, pra mim que sou aracnofobica foi incômodo mas não cheguei a pedir pra eles limparem. A cama sim estava limpa e era confortável. Banheiro também era confortável e conseguimos usar a cozinha pra fazer a comida, estava bem equipada. Bem perto tem um Mercado e um restaurante muito bom mas eles vendem algumas coisas no último andar. Nos deixaram deixar as malas e ficar na piscina no pós check out porque tínhamos um voo tarde o que foi muito legal da parte deles! A moça ruiva da recepção era muito gentil e good vibes. A hospedagem não fica no centro de Cavtat mas a caminhada até lá é bem tranquila. Foi muito fácil chegar ao aeroporto também. Eu voltaria e recomendaria.

Excellent accommodation and hosts, nothing too much trouble. Airport transfers a bonus. The steep hill from the old town is not for those with mobility issues - however there is a bus - but a great way to burn off dinner!

Good, clean place, with water view and friendly and informative staff. Bus to Old City is just 3 min walk away. Just a 20 Euro Taxi ride from the airport. Very convenient.

Daniela was wonderful to deal with, but Luka was rude and abusive toward my partner. This is a glorified hostel, not a hotel. We didn’t expect that. Nobody attends the desk so you communicate only with WhatsApp which is not always timely. We didn’t understand something and instead of asking us about our issue, Luka shouted at her. I wouldn’t ever go back to Villa Lukas and would urge others to avoid it.

einmal nie wieder

Das Apartment, liegt ganz oben auf der Hügel, du musst Minimum 10 Minuten Zufluss gehen bis zum Wasser auf einen steilen hang, Jeden tag fliegen 30 bis 40 Flugzeuge Vorbei, direkt über dein Kopf, kann man sogar die Linien Lesen. unten am Strand sind sehr viele Boote und Schiefe die ganze zeit hin und her fahren, Baden ist nur möglich wenn du nochmal 15 Minuten weiter maschierst Richtung Felsen. Das Apartment ist viel zu klein für drei Erwachsene, vor allem das Bett in Schlafzimmer!!! dort ist auch keinen Klima, Die Küche ist nicht geeignet zum kochen und der Kühlschrank war komplett mit dicke Eis belegt und sehr Klein. überall Ameisen auch in Bett. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, hat uns leider nicht gefallen, für das Geld erwarte ich etwas anderes

Nice accommodation with friendly hosts

Very welcoming hosts and after giving a tour, they pretty much left you to it. The pool area was nice and relaxing at times and there was always a sun lounger vacant. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable and maybe a few extra or thicker pillows wouldn’t go amiss. The only gripe is the breakfast situation - the accommodation makes out that there’s a breakfast room but the reality is that there’s a fridge with cold drinks/alcohol and a machine for hot drinks. It isn’t clear that breakfast isn’t part of the deal. Thankfully there’s a small supermarket about a 2-3 minute walk so we didn’t go hungry! Overall a nice place to stay within a quieter part of Cavtat. It’s roughly a 15 minute walk down to the waterfront where all the restaurants/shops/bars etc are but it’s a hike back up the steep hill again.
