The room was a good size room for 4 big kitchen. just the door of the balcony of the room and family room didnt locked but other than that was a good suite.

Good Experience.

Although the room has a kitchen, it didn’t have spoons, neither kitchen paper towels. The room was clean and it was cleaned daily. When we asked for toilet paper or extra towels, they actually sent them but not inmediatly. People are very nice, kind and helpful. Overall experience was good.

Nice Stay

Staff was nice and helpful. Only issue was hearing the door open and close to access the floor and also early morning noise from the road which is busy. I am a light sleeper so that was difficult for me. Would i stay here again? Yes. Breakfast was basic but nice.

The front desk lady was rude and we didn’t get a wife code nor it was in the room and even thou I made reservations for 4 people there was only 3 towels and when I tried calling the front desk the phone didn’t go through with just dialong 0 like other hotels so I went downstairs to ask for the wifi code and an extra towel she was rude and also ask what number I needed to dial for front desk and I never received the extra towel! That lady needs to be fired!! I will never come and stay in this hotel!

Por donde empezar? Me dieron una habitación en el nivel -1 (compartido con los Parqueaderos), la primera unidad que me dieron no tenía implementos de cocina, había pelos por todo lado (la limpieza en general deficiente), y como cereza del postre, la nevera no funcionaba. Al pedir cambio de habitación, nuevamente me asignaron una habitación en el mismo nivel, esta última, en condiciones de limpieza mejores. Sin embargo, el sistema de cerradura (el cual es una odisea para operar) falló a las 3 am y la puerta se abrió sola (generando una condición de inseguridad). Sábanas y ropa de cama sobreutilizada y viejas. El drenaje de la ducha, totalmente bloqueado inundando así el cuarto de baño. Jamas volveré!
