The staff were wonderful! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant was a limited menu but tasty, as well as the breakfast and prices were good. The mosque is very close so call to prayer is heard in the hotel, which didnt bother us but may bother some people. The building itself and the room were so-so.

The amenities and staff at this hotel are excellent! The rooms are spacious and well worth it for the price. Recommend staying here for any length of time. Centrally located next to famous Mosque.

Rooms are huge, and very comfortable. Had really good sleep. Balconies are good. Great location just by the Hassan II mosque. Staff at reception were friendly. Breakfast was good selection. Have underground car parking at the hotel

Client service were great. They are very friendly and always available to help you. My ropm eas vey clean, and well decorated. I only have to complain about the water pressure in the shower. I read reviews about, and I thought it was not that bad… but it is bad, specially if you want to take a hot shower you will get only some drops of water.

The property was not 4 star standard at all. At best it was 2 star and that is only because of the location. Rooms were worn down. Bathroom/shower were similar to an RV. Towels were old, torn,and dirty. Just horrible!

House keeping came to fix the air conditioning as well as the refrigerator and it didn’t get fixed. Told front desk the next day but they didn’t really say anything.

Other than the distance to the Hassan II Mosque, everything about this hotel was horrible. The mini fridge in the room did not work, we told the front desk about it, and they were almost bothered by the fact that we wanted someone to come check it out. It seemed like they understood but communication was just terrible. Asked for small towels and they kept bringing the big ones. The worst part is that there were BED BUGS. Me and my partner got eaten alive. I do not recommend this place at all.
