Very nice hotel, next to the rer b station. Clean and big rooms. The neighborhood there has everything, supermarket, mc donalds etc. A little bit busy road.

Nice place to stay in Paris!

The place is far from the city but very accesible by train. It is near a big grocery store, the room and toilet is very clean. The people in the reception are veey nice.

Great check in experience. Room was ready earlier then expected which was nice after a long, early train ride in from Amsterdam. It's a aparhotel so bigger than a hotel room but limited on things like daily room cleaning and getting fresh towels. Great location to the bus and subway, approx 40 min from the city centre/main train line and 1 hour from the airport. Overall, very good stay for the price. If you want to be in the heart of the action, stay closer to the city centre.

The worst experience ever! The room was not clean, with stains on the bed, towels, pillow sheets, and curtains. We even found bugs throughout the room, including in the ceiling lamp, and a butterfly flying inside. The manager's response to our concerns was rude and unhelpful. Despite showing him pictures of the issues, he refused to check us out and offered a different room, which was also dirty. The hotel refused to refund us the rest of the nights despite the fact that the problems were caused by them. I guess that’s how they do business! Steeling people’s money! We ended up leaving the hotel and booking a different one. Im so glad we did! Otherwise it would ruin my whole trip! I do not recommend this hotel due to the unacceptable cleanliness and the unprofessional behavior of the staff.

Check in is terrible. When I arrived at 10:30 pm. Front desk was closed. No sign at front desk and I was looking for staff. I finally found out check machine near the entrance. It instructs guests to enter reservation number, but I didn’t get any reservation number. After I made reservation on Expedia site, I did not get any email from hotel stall. I put Expedia confirmation No three time but didn’t work as I expected. On the board side of the machine, it says 4 telephone number if problem happens, I tried some calls and the number written in small letter finally went through. The staff appeared in five minutes after the call, though he seemed apparently drunk and didn’t speak English.

Check in staff on Aug 03, 2025 not friendly at all. Good size for main bedroom but too small on out size where kitchen sofa bed and dinning table all in one area. The bathroom need some update especially shower area. Good transport access to the city very close to metro. It's very noisy at night from street.

Excellent location right across the street from the metro station, with grocery store and boulangeries close by. Check-in kiosk not close to door and not well-marked. Shower door would not seal and soaked the bathroom floor and staff just gave us extra towels instead of fixing it.

Check-in staff on 29-06-2025 extremely friendly and helpful. On last night of our stay, however, key cards shut off before we returned for the evening and after front desk staff had left for the night. This required our family to stand outside the hotel at midnight while attempting to explain situation through emergency phone line, which would have nearly impossible for a non-French speaking guest.

Wij hadden een grotere studio, netjes, schoon en alles wat je nodig had om bv ontbijtje te maken. Koelkast met vriesgedeelte en waterkoker. Handdoeken omruilen en kamer schoonmaken van de kamer tijdens de 4 nachten dat wij er waren niet gebeurd. Op zich geen probleem als je het netjes houdt, en er was een verwarming om de handdoeken te drogen. Maar prullenbakken werden dus ook niet geleegd. Receptie op 1 dame na zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Om het hotel heen genoeg betaalbare restaurants en aan de overkant van de straat het RER-B station. Mocht ik naar Parijs gaan, zal ik zeker weer hier blijven.
