I couldn't stay there and I couldn't get a refund. The room is so outdated, everything is old, I can hear the neighbors next door, there is, no privacy. The TV is like in the early 90's. It was a mistake that I made that reservation. Please before booking this place Ho and check tge room yourself. The staff were very nice and professional. Just the rooms are not good and worthy of the amount they are going for

Horrible experience

I made a booking through Hotels.com. They ssid that they are not aware of it and repeatedly asked me to pay despite the fact that I paid in advance. I was blocked by the receptionist and the guard from getting out of the premise until I paid again at the reception. They are simply stupid and greedy. I suffered a lot. I never ever rerecommend this place to anyone.

I chose Gramo suites after leaving another apartment that was way below average. Gramo was definitely above average even if a bit pricey. The room was absolutely perfect and what im seeking when I am on vacation. Im a budget minded guy so all the offers they had i usually turned down including restaurant eating every night and laundry. The apartment was very clean and even had two balconies though neither had a spectacular view. For the most part it was quiet and situated close enough to malls and stores that it was a very lovely experience and a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had an apartment which was less stocked! Inspite of the upgrade, i still realized some thimgs were amiss! The shower was totally calcified that the shower water sprayed everywhere, the toilet sink had a permanent odour not forgetting the lack of toilet papers when i needed it most. Seriously, you can do better owing to the fact the premise is just to beautiful

Location is great. The room was great. The facilities were great. But the staff were BRILIANT!!! From the ladies at the Front Desk to the waiters and waitresses and the room stewards. Impressive! I really felt at home because of them. I will be back!

Gramo Suits,Narobi

The apartments appear to be newly built. At the time of our stay in January there appeared to be few other holiday makers staying. Some of the apartments are probably occupied by longer term residents although in truth we ahardly saw anyone. At times we felt the place was exclusively for us. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and there was always evidence of cleaning going on around the pool, bar,restaurant etc. The location whilst close to the city was at the end of a road which was very dark at night which might have been a concern had we not be collected and taken back by friends we have in Nairobi. The menu was a bit on the limited side although the food was always presented well of good quality and reasonably priced.
