Excellent location , reception was very kind and helpful with lots of information about the places to visit , appliances in the apartment. Very cosy and lovely unit . Only downside - the mobile aircon is very noisy

Overall great place- would stay again 😁

Amazing location, easy to find, instructions of check-in sent day ahead were clear and easy to understand. Very comfortable bed, lots of towels, lots of books and dvd to choose from (even though dvd player wasn't working and all dvd were in Portugese). Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee and tea provided. They could improve on cosmetic side of the apartment (fresh paint to cover water damage on the walls) and more instructions could be in the apartment how to use Aircon to warm up the room . Also there is no elevator so it's not reachable for people with walking difficulties.

Right next to Bolhao market and Bolhao metro station. Walkable distance to everywhere in the city. Room was very comfortable and clean. Laundry machine included. Room cleaning provided every day. Very friendly staff. Loved the place and would recommend it. 5 Stars!

Property manager is super excellent, helpful, honest & extremely on top of things. He keeps us updated, always there when we needed assistance. Property is directly located across Bolhao market, how cool is that? Its located centrally to all major sights that you would want to see while in Porto. Clean, spacious, appreciate the welcome coffee pods. I would go back to Porto and stay with this apartment again! Thank you very much for everything!

Check-in was a breeze with great communication on our way there from Sofia (who also gave us some superb local tips on arrival). Apartment was spotless, spacious and in a perfect location - walking distance to everything, while also being on a very calm street. Would definitely return - highly recommended!

Nice location

Great location for getting around. Located on a pedestrian mall, so you have to figure a way to get your bags from parking to/from across city streets. Be prepared. Alex was helpful getting us oriented. Shower almost impossible to use. Slow in getting it fixed before we checked out feeling slightly stinky.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et on nous a attribué l'appartement 1°Back qui est absolument à éviter. Vue horrible sur un mur en piteux état et de plus avec un bruit d'enfer à cause d'une ventilation qui était en marche 24h/24h. La salle d'eau était vraiment limite, traces noires importantes dans la douche, sur la porte en verre et le carrelage. La cuisine manque de vaisselles, de nécessaire à cuisiner et de grille pain Absolument pas prévu pour 4 personnes. Et pour terminer, mauvaise isolation phonique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons fait part de ces remarques au manager et avons demandé à changer d'appartement. On nous a simplement dit "nous n'avons rien d'autres à vous proposer. Après consultation sur un site internet, nous avons trouvé pour moins cher et nettement mieux dans ce quartier. Passez votre chemin, si vous êtes un peu délicat.

Great place and location. Walkable to many restaurants. We were fortunate that our apartment was on the second floor. It is a four story building with no elevator which is very common in Portugal. Great communication with the host.
