Property was clean however in need of repairs. Bathroom had water damage and shower wasn’t sealed. Difficult to keep water from spraying out. Property was safe and walkable. However, street was loud and noisy with workers, people until 2 am every evening.

Excellent area filled with helpful people-wonderful boutiques- great bars and restaurants- beautiful buildings-60 Balconies is a charming building and our apartment was very spacious and pleasantly furnished- although seriously needed more light in the living area!
