I loved the room and the idea of having a small kitchen. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no extractor in the kitchen, so anything you do in the room will smell it for hours

Perfectly comfortable and spacious apartment but no frills. Poor shower and sofa in living area had ill-fitting cushions. Hotel is in great location near local attractions and restaurants.

Outdated facility and definitely not a spa hotel worth a visit. However, we just wanted to extend our trip in Deaville for another day so the room was alright and if you look at the location- it was close to the beach and city centre. The staff was straightforward and as mentioned, if you only need a central hotel with a ok room, this is fine.

Das Hotel sieht auf den Fotos besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist (Leider ist es in Realität kein 4 Sterne Hotel). Man hat das Gefühl, dass niemand wirklich zuständig ist für das Haus. Hier einige Beispiele: In unserem sehr engen und kleinen Zimmer liess sich im Juli die Heizung nicht ausschalten. Die Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht frisch und das Auffüllen/Nachfüllen von diversen Sachen klappte nicht gut. Der Gym gleicht einer Besenkammer. Hinweise zu Beanstandungen wurden zwar freundlich entgegengenommen, aber es wurde nichts verändert. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht.

Très bon séjour !

Nous sommes venues entre amies et nous reviendrons ! L'accueil est parfait, la chambre était propre et parfaitement emménagée. Le spa avec la piscine est un énorme +, même s'il y a parfois un peu de monde on a pu en profiter comme on le souhaitait

En plus d'être charmantes, les 2 réceptionnistes sont très professionnelles et très agréables ! Idéalement situé, l'hôtel est proche de tout les lieux importants de Deauville (Plage, casino, restaurants, magasins, gare...). Les chambres familiales sont spacieuses, très confortables et très bien équipées. Belle piscine, sauna , jacuzzi et hammam très bien.

Nous sommes arrivé samedi soir 22h45 Accueilli par un monsieur très aimable et disponible Nous sommes arrivé dans notre chambre Très propre à première vu Et une fois l’ouverture des nos draps Nous avons trouvé cheveux et poils Ainsi qu’une couette dans l’armoire pour les enfants avec des traces fluo rose et pas propre Nous avons cependant appler le monsieur qui était vraiment désolé et nous as donné tout le nécessaire afin de changer les draps Nous avons mon mari et moi même changer les draps housse de couette et housse de coussin à notre arrivé 23h00 et aussi le monsieur nous a arrangé le câble de la télé car elle ne fonctionnait pas coter salon Malheureusement j’aurai du faire des photos
