The suite was clean and beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful with all our needs and the location was perfect. We had a balcony overlooking Plaza Simon Bolivar. The view was beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Exquisite service at the hotel. Enrique was so gracious and helpful. Beautiful building, and suite. Two balconies ( one to the interior courtyard, and one over looking the street). Loved our stay here

It was a spacious suite and it had everything we would need for our 4 day stay. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The area was perfect as there were so many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here if you go to Casco Viejo.

Perfect place

I had a perfect stay. If I could I would give 6 stars. I was friendly greeted by the staff and they even offered a free upgrade for me. The suite was absolutely wonderful and I had a comfortable and relaxing night there.
