Very friendly staff specifically maintenance guys but they are hands tight by owner wish doesn’t invest in properly remodeling rooms in really bad conditions for the high price they charge you, if you are planning to come here do not waste your money in building where is located rooms 107,108,109 one A/C unit for 3 rooms are the cheaper but the worst, my was 107 and I couldn’t sleep because the small bedroom was really hot, we had to use 2 fans and it wasn’t enough to cool down the room, they installed a portable A/C in the room and we woke up with the carpet soaking wet, bottom line a total disaster that building.

Exclusive boutique feel!

I stayed at the "Seaside" property of Anna Maria Island Inn. It was the most relaxed I've been in a long time. The property had an exclusive boutique feel, with perfect beachfront real estate and no large buildings or crowding in the area. Miles of beach with abundant wildlife are outside your door. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of some other beaches, there is still some peace on Anna Maria Island. All of the staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly I have encountered, helpful with anything we asked them about, and had a very pleasant demeanor. The island has free transportation to the restaurants/attractions, or there are some eateries just a short walk away. When you want to enjoy the coast without a pile of people around you, visit Seaside at Anna Maria Island Inn.

Immediately upon check in, a neighboring guest had his large dog in the pool. I reported it to the staff, they agreed it wasn’t allowed and they would discuss with him. It continued to happen. Also, I didn’t like the roach that appeared out of the closet, I smashed it with a broom but the overall feeling was there must be more around although other aspects of the room seemed clean. The private sitting area outside was very neglected and depressing.

Exciting night

This place has an amazing location. Beautiful beach. The only issue with us was, that we were sent the wrong address to the room. We checked in late and were walking around the building searching for the room number. Had to call the emergency number, they were helpful and explained. The second issue was that at 3:30 am while sleeping, the bed broke in half. My husband and I ended up with our feet to the ceiling and our head on the floor. Again, called front desk and early in the morning, the bed frame was rebuilt. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably go back bc of location.

Very nice stay

This facility was very nice to stay. We went for the family vacation and spent a great time there. The pool is very convenient and the beach access is very close. I wish they were more specific with details regarding the key access cause there is no lobby or front desk. They send you a text message with the code at 4:00pm. Check out is at noon, it would be nice if they give more time to enjoy the last day.

Once I figured out that there are different areas and addresses for the Inn everything was great. More info and details ahead of time would have been better for my situation but overall I was very pleased and will stay here again.

Location location location. Property was fine amd clean with a nice small pool to use and the pin code to check in is a plus too. This is because you dont need to queue ro check in. But the real reason its great is that its 1 minute walk to the beach which is the ultimate reason for staying here.
