These apartments are massive. Oerfect for families with children. The furniture is a bit dated and could use a bit of freshening up but the location and size of the accommodation makes it worth it. Had a great time at Pera Residence.

Absolutely amazing ..it’s my 2nd visit in 4 months n Mr serdar and team ensure the best during your stay. Spacious and well equipped kitchen / washing machine/ dish washer/ refrigerator and a huge balcony .Perfect location and vicinity a short walk to all modes of public transport and food spots….coming bk soon🙏🌹

Location is amazing very close to Taksim square and quick walk to Galata Tower. Apartment itself is pretty spacious however the sofa bed is not great did not even bother to use it the rest of the beds were great but the powerpoints near the bedside did not work unsure why other than that the apartment was great and would recommend

This is my third stay here. I highly recommend this place. Exceptional values and great service 2 bedrooms with fully furnished nearly 1600 Sq ft space compare that with your typical hotel room with 240 sq ft... Kitchen, refrigerator and balcony... 5 stars.

Prime location. Close to main Istiklal street and still not loud. Grocery stores were next door and so were many restaurants. Everything was at walking distance. Huge apartments. Sardar was extremely hospitable and kind.

Great sized apartment with large bathroom, living room area and kitchen. Initially very impressive when we first entered. We felt the apartment was let down by lack of any supplies throuought the stay (toiletries, toilet paper, etc). The kitchen area was poorly equipped (two cups only, some cutlery) with no cleaning supplies such as washing up liquid. The mattresses were in need of replacing and not the most comfortable. The apartment has the potential to be great, but it’s not there yet.

We live staying here. Great experience, large apartment, new and clean, well maintained, good communication and service. Nearby restaurants and vibrant neighborhood. Istekal street, Taksim Square and Galata tower all in short walking distance. We are returning back to Istanbul again from another cities and will rebook here again.

Amazing hotel, clean, best location 2 min walk to istiklal, convenience of carrefore just next door and best authentic Turkish restaurant's ne t door very well priced, all transportation just a step away.fully equipped kitchen, washing machine iron stand n board and all other appliance to make your stay very comfortable. Mould present in bedroom 2 making it unsafe and inoperable, range hood light not working so cooking is difficult without sufficient lighting, freezer not cleaned and an absolute mess with food from previous guests, electrical issues with a/c circuit breaker (resolved), and lastly, management unwilling to compensate me for the mould issue. Apartment 302 is a disgrace!
