Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. Short trip to KL

Location of hotel was good as it has a Shopping Mall below and lots of food outlets & Banks all round the Hotel. Only downside is there is no Train station nearby. But they do have a Shuttle bus that runs to the Kelana Jaya LRT Station every 30 min.

Food heavens surrounding this hotel. The shopping mall also have a huge selection of cuisine. Room is cozy and spacious. Bed is comfortable. It even has a coin operated laundrette. Enjoyed the peaceful swim in their clean, well maintained pool. Staffs are friendly, polite and always a smile on their face, making us feel very welcome. My Favorite Stay in Damansara

Have chosen to stay at Somerset Uptown for many years now. Love the locality and spaciousness of the apartments. However time for the management to look into the pillows. They are flattened significantly over the years and lost their cushion comfort. Also to look at the laundry system as the pillows do not feel or smell fresh
