Great location, chic lobby, very basic room

Basic, very basic but good for the price.. it's London, what do you expect. Service was great, fast, location is great as it's just walking distance literally a few steps from euston station.

friendly staff but terrible cleanliness

Hotel is well-located and near Euston station. The staff are friendly and willing to provide as much help as possible. But the cleanliness of the room is not up to standard despite my request to clean up the room. The carpet didn't seem to be well vacuumed (even though I see the cleaner has a vacuum). The bedsheets and pillow sheets are very dirty and dusty, and they are not changed even though I specifically requested to change them. If the cleanliness of the room can match to the staff's helpfulness, it'll be much better.

Basic hotel

No aircon in room during summer and hotel manager can say hotel has no aircon in rooms when confronted while it's clearly one of my criteria for consideration of room booking. Wifi and bath was good though. Clean and very near euston station.

Hotel next to train and underground station

Hotel is located next to Euston train and underground station. The staffs are helpful and friendly, alway greet us with a big smile. Check in and check out was done easily and online.

Great location

2nd times stayed at ibis london euston. This time booked 2 twin bed, room abit small and the carpet was dusty. Compared to my last June stayed, this round the room cleaniness was a bit poor. Other than that my stay at ibis euston was good. I can travel around easily. Very convenient location..

Convenient and Clean

Newly renovated . No musty carpet nor creaky beds ! Very convenient location to the underground and railway. Was unable to store our luggage for a night while we took an overnight trip out of London, though we were coming back to same hotel for the rest of our London stay. The junior staff were not clear or informed as they assured me that we could do that when we first checked in.Overall, a pleasant stay

Poor hotel

I have to reschedule my stay due to some ad hoc family matters. But the hotel just turned down my request in a very rude way by justing saying the booking is not refundable. But no alternative solution is provided. No thinking from customer perspective. Poor service. Poor hotel!

Toooooo cool for cats

I found the reception area confusing and the staff milling about seemed to be a bit confusing and when I tried to hand the room key back could not find anyone to return it to. Apart from that hotel was very good
