Worth to stay

I have stayed so many times in this hotel. But due to the pandemi, this hotel becomes quite with only few guests and only several floor was open

It is close to the airport however it was expensive to get there since the taxi ride was not metered and it cost more to get back to the airport from the hotel. Loved the buffet breakfast and we were so full that we didn't have to eat much later in the day. This place had lift to get to our room and the room was comfortable except we got ants in our room during our stay. We don't know how the ants got into our room and our food we got from the neighborhood mall. They will clean your clothes per piece which is more expensive than doing it in the washing machine and dryer in other hostel. There is a lift to your room and toiletries is provided.

Poor experience

The hotel facility has truly disintegrated. Which was disappointing because we were here last year and we were really impressed by the hotel cleanliness, modern-style, tidiness, and affordability. It's still affordable, but everything has gone the drain. They must have a new management that simply can manage the hotel properly to keep it like it used to.

Amaris the good and friendly hotel.

Overall view the hotel provides good and comfortable stay.Breakfast was reasonably good and so were the kitchen staff always helpful.Housekeeping did a fantastic job too.The front desk personnel were ignorant of customer complaint.Even after informing of shorted cable nobody attend to it.I had to reset the ELCB on my own.Room 305 front door knob seem to be faulty when closing the door causing the wall to crack.

網上訂好了已全數付款，去到酒店説沒有我訂房記錄，好彩有印尼朋友在懂説印尼文，在大堂搞了半小時酒店又說找到了，以為已沒問題我訂的是兩房連住兩晚，第二晚回酒店開不到門到接代處問，他說我只訂了一間房連住兩晚一間住一晩，又搞了半小時又說查到了沒問題，這次人住是一次非常不好的經歷
