Not suitable for my family

Place feels run down. Free parking is only available at next building. To enter, you’ll need an access card. Lost of card is 100rm penalty. I booked because of proximity to KLCC and the need for 2 queen beds. My suggestion is that if you just need a roof over your head, go ahead and book. You can squeeze double the people in the apartment. On holiday and need some pampering? Go look elsewhere.

Rooms near golden triangle but bad service

Room was good but terrible service.No intercom and you have to come down each time if you have problems even during nights. Worst staff behaviour. Checkin took too long almost more than an hour.

Excellent location But....

Excellent location except the shower wasn't really hot, unless the water pressure is turned to small, beds are sunken in & no bins anywhere. Away from crowds & KL noise and good security. 24hr groceries store is really convenient too!

Comfort n cleanliness good

Last minute booking and was happy to have booked this hotel. The hotel was convenient and most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable. I'll come back again if I visit KL.

Lovely stay until departure

I had really lovely stay in this hostel until departure was spoiled. I had to check out early morning around 5 am and the night before came to reception to check if it's better to collect a deposit of 100 RM now or in the morning(Receptionist work from 8 am). The receptionist informed me that security officer will give it to me in the morning and it won't be a problem. Next morning security officer could not find my name on the list and do not return my money. Because of that, I was almost late to my flight. I tried to contact hostel but all contact details incorrect. I am very disappointed as it was really nice Hostel which I would recommend to my friends. But after getting into such situation I will think twice should my friends stay there.

A/C remote control only works for on/off. Somehow they set the temperature, so you have to tell the management to adjust the temperature if it’s too hot/cold. Oven, electric pot, didn’t work. No hot shower. Colder than “warm”. Also, building B units don’t have laundry washer even though it is indicated as amenity. No coin laundry nearby. Rooms is Building A that are managed by a different company seem to have washer installed in each room. M

住了兩天，第一天的兩條毛巾有洗衣粉味，但一條毛巾有積，我沒有用，放了在洗手間某處。而第二天，兩條毛巾沒有洗衣粉味，一條有同一個積，我們懷疑沒有換到新毛巾！ 洗手間有異味！ 不會再入住！

appart hotel très moyen. a éviter si possible.

Durant la semaine que nous y avons passée, nous avons dû rappeler 5x qu'il nous fallait des draps et des serviettes de bain, que nous n'avons reçues aucune de ces fois. Les chaises étaient cassées, mobilier de sdb en mauvais état, quelques dizaines de fourmis. Problèmes systématiques de passage de sécurité avec les badges disfinctionnants. Piscine non chauffée.
