The whole staying experience was bad.

I went with my family and upon check-in, we were brought to a room where there is someone staying inside with all the belongings. I will be shocked and upset if it happen to me and worse of all, I lost my items. Secondly, the restaurant supposing should stop getting order at 9.45pm. When we wanted to order at 9.30pm, the receptionist and chef discussed infront of us if to take our order and rejected us. What kind of customer service is that?! The hotel shld send their staff for basic customer service course. The whole staying experience was bad and I don’t recommend anyone staying in this hotel unless you want your things to be lost or someone to go to your room without knowing.

Room and receptionist were pretty good. It’s not their fault but the closest Metro station is closed for construction so the location is now less convenient. You have to walk 10-15 minutes. The cleaning were terrible during our 10 days stay. Supposed to have cleaning every 4days yet no cleaning done. Only changing a few towels. It started to smell the sewage during the stay. The most scary thing was someone consumed my red wine on the table and white wine in fridges. Both wine lost a half bottles during we were out in a day!! I would recommend this property for a few days stay but no longer stay.

Away from the city

It takes a while to travel to the central. Nonetheless, the rooms were spacious and clean. Also, it is very near to the metro and the receptionist offers a travel guide which makes travelling easier.

The room layout was excellent. Comes with a rather functional and easy to use sofa bed and kitchenette and laundry service at every floor. Although far from town it is easily accessible via tram or metro to town. Great place to stay and in a quite neighbour hood.

Spacious Room with everything you need.

Hotel location is approximate 20 minutes Tram Ride (Tram No. 5) away from Amsterdam. However this is definitely not a problem as traveler can leisurely enjoy views of Amsterdam main attractions while riding on Tram. Only 30 minutes travel time to Schipol Airport. Enjoyed surrounding quiet neighborhood as compared to bustling scene of Amsterdam Central. Kitchen was very well equipped. Large Bathroom and smart room design. Will definitely return in the future.

Really amazing

The room is so beautiful and clean! Clean sheets, clean facilities in the kitchen, big bathroom with strong shower head. Pretty near the train. The guy who helped with my check-in was really nice too, really appreciate your help :))) wish i could stay longer.

Room is clean but a bit small for 4 persons. walking distance to supermarket and 3 mins walk to tram/bus stops. Hotel is located near both Amstelpark and Ams Forest. We enjoyed the walk to both parks.

Good stay and value for money

The stay was overall good! The location may be off and perceived to be less convenient, but there is a tram stop nearby with connections to a few touristy places. The cleanliness is generally okay but the toilet bowl would need to be bleached.

While close to a subway station, it will still take about 40 mins to get to city centre. The mini market downstairs has at least a 400% markup on items. There were some cleanliness issues.

Nice flat well equipped! The tramway station is a few minutes away and takes you to the city centre in 30 minutes. There is a small shopping centre nearby with a supermarket and a few restaurants. Very convenient indeed.

Monolocale accogliente, pulito e dotato di angolo cottura, accessoriato di tutto l'indispensabile per cucinare, incluso il forno a microonde e la lavastoviglie. La struttura dista 50 m dalla fermata del tram, che in 20 minuti porta in centro. Consigliato.
