Personnel efficace et gentil. Dans l'ensemble, satisfaite avec bon rapport qualité / prix. Les moins : check in en ligne et reglement de frais TRES laborieux en général pour mes hébergements de vacances je paies et fais tout à la réservation directement. Devoir ramasser les mégots sur la terrasse parce que les voisins ne connaissent pas les cendriers.

Que des problĂšmes et rien n’est rĂ©glĂ©. Vous n’ĂȘtes que des français en Andorre et ils n’en ont rien Ă  faire de vous. ProblĂšme de chambre non rĂ©glĂ© malgrĂ© les demandes validĂ©es par la plate-forme de rĂ©servation. ProblĂšme de linge ProblĂšme de porte d’entrĂ©e balai rĂ©glĂ© alors qu’ils devaient s’en occuper

Pas pour des vacances en famille, ni pour le ski

Cet appartement n’est pas adaptĂ© pour une famille. Il contient 1 chambre, au confort satisfaisant. Mais pour les couchages supplĂ©mentaires, il faut utiliser le clic-clac qui est d’un confort plus que mĂ©diocre (matelas Ă©pais de 5cm et un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable, dĂ©chirĂ©) Pour le parking, il fait utiliser un ascenseur qui n’est pas conçu pour les SUV ou 4x4. Pour le ski, pas de local Ă  ski, donc les chaussures et skis s’écoulent sur le parquet!! L’agencement gĂ©nĂ©ral de l’appartement est correct, mais je n’y retournerai pas mĂȘme Ă  2.

Horrible. SofĂĄ cama roto.horno roto.ducha embozada.no habĂ­a alfombra de baño tampoco ni siquiera una pastilla de jabĂłn de manos.no hubo nadie presencial cara a cara en ningĂșn momento todo por wasap.aviso a los que tenga fobia a los sitios cerrados porque aparcamiento tienes que cojer ascensor con el coche dentro.Nosotros tenĂ­amos que dejar los apartamentos a las 10 y el ascensor averiado por lo que los coches no los pudimos sacar hasta la 13h que se presentĂł tĂ©cnico.Nadie se disculpĂł y para recoger las llaves, encontrar el sitio una odisea las calles no tienen nĂșmeros. La limpieza fatal,polvo en las mesitas y cabecero de varios dĂ­as .Las puertas de los armarios no se pueden abrir ,por que choca contra la cama.En resumido un fin de semana penoso.

Les clés de l'appartement sont à récupérer à Soldeu (à 15kms) de l'autre coté du col d'Envalira, rien de grave en soi, on était prévenu: sauf que l'adresse communiquée est tout bonnement introuvable (3 adresses différentes nous ont été données). Arrivées enfin sur place il y avait une fuite d'eau dans la cuisine. il a fallu éponger pendant 1h. Le lendemain, on a attendu jusqu' à midi le gérant (pas aimable) qui a fini par nous proposer un autre appartement deux fois plus petit et qu'on a refusé. au bout d'un quart d'heure il revient nous en proposer un autre beaucoup plus sombre et sale. De plus location proposée avec 2 lits et un canapé. En fait il manquait un lit. notre fils à dormi dans le salon sur le canapé trÚs inconfortable.Bref accueil pas sympa, inondation dans la cuisine, une demie journée de vacances perdue et le comble un appartement qui ne correspond pas à l'annonce. on attend le remboursement du séjour par hÎtel.com.

Deberían de informar bien que las llaves se recogen en Soldeu, pues nos pasó q no sabíamos nada y una vez en Pas tuvimos q volver a cruzar todo el puerto de montaña. También nos faltaban lo típico de limpieza del lavaplatos etc, sin estropajo ni nada q eso hace imposible recoger La Cocina!! No había kit de limpieza. Por lo demås todo perfecto y estupendo!!

Standard hotel, shocking service.

The apartment overall was nice and clean enough, however the service we received from the group managing the hotel was appalling. They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame. When someone eventually did turn up to fix the washing machine (after hotels.com got involved ) we were given no notice, he turned up at 9in the morning, left and came back at 7pm at night. We still have not received our refund of our 150 deposit either. Extremely disappointed.
