Great place to stay!! The place is perfect, the rooms are big and very comfortable. what I liked the most is that the location is great, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the surrondings are nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Mexico.

This apartment style hotel is great and is in an awesome part of town! It’s very quiet and there is hardly any noise at night which is great because the city is so noisy. The receptionist and guard are super helpful and keep you feeling very secure. The cleaning team was great and helped when needed! It’s located close to so many restaurants and the giant park is also walking distance. We would definitely recommend for a stay. There is no lobby bar or restaurants in the place so if you want the “resort” vibe this is not that. It’s boutique and private nestled in Polanco. Also, CDMX IS AMAZING!!!! Salud! We had two separate apartments, one for ourselves and one for our 18 year old and his two brothers. There is security at the front door 24/7 so we felt very safe. The apartments in the interior open to a pretty courtyard with chairs and tables which was a great place to have coffee from our first floor apartment. The front desk attendant was nice and knowledgeable and the location was fantastic. The area felt very safe and was walkable to restaurants, the park, many shops, etc.

The one bedroom was great. Good location, safe, walkable. The condition of the property is good but could use some improvement. The small couch was stained and bathroom needs paint touch ups and upgraded fixtures. The towels as well as bedsheets felt a little rough and on the first night itchy it might be the detergent. We slept fine but the pillows are not comfortable. The AC in the room does not cool below 70 F and the room felt hot. It’s not a 5 star property but it’s really nice overall. You have everything you need and daily housekeeping is great. Can’t wait to come back! I would love to stay a month!

There’s a “pending” charge on my credit card—supposedly held for damages or incidentals, which they promised would be refunded. However, it’s been over 20 days and the charge is still there. If they forgot to release it, that’s one thing. But when I called to ask about it, they slammed the phone down on me. No apology, no explanation—just flat-out rude. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never go back, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how they treat their customers.

Beware: I spoke with the security guard and he said the property is basically a scam: they know a/c doesn’t work in more than half of the building

La propiedad es muy bella, en excelentes condiciones, justo como se muestra en la imágenes y maravillosamente bien ubicada, solo me voy con la muy mala experiencia del personal de limpieza, ya que debido a que no se les otorgó propina diariamente comenzaron a consumir comida de nuestro refrigerador y nos dejaron de colocar jabón de manos y papel de baño :(.
