Sejour agréable mais après un changement de chambre. Nous avions demandé un chambre au calme je pense que nous avons eu la plus bruyante 101 sur rue, 1er étage avec un restaurant en dessus. Apres négociation nous avons pu changer de chambre le sur-lendemain. Communication compliquée car pas de reception permanente juste de 9h à 17h sinon par téléphone ou par les gardiens mais seulement en espagnol. Deuxième chambre confortable, grande bien équipée mais ménage une fois par semaine... Propreté du sol à désiré. Gardiens charmants et attentionnés. Bien pour sejour longue durée mais demander les chambres en numeros finissant en 6, 7 ou 8.

This is a really nice little boutique apartment type residence. It is a really good value and is in a most wonderful section of Mexico City. We were thoroughly impressed with everything about it except for the laundry facilities. Someone had used the washers and dryers before us and left something in them that ruined one of my white blouses. Use the laundry facilities if you absolutely have to, but be careful. The first laundry that we did came out fine but when we did our laundry at the end of our week, stay, the washers had gotten polluted with something. Period just not well maintained.

El personal es muy amable, el lugar limpio y cómodo y la ubicación excelente, sin embargo los únicos peros que diría del lugar son: Que los accesorios del acondicionador y jabón corporal están despegados de su lugar (reparación que considero sencilla) Que solo pusieron medio rollo de baño (no dejaron ni uno solo extra) El agua de la regadera se va lento entonces al bañarte el espacio se inunda Un control de televisión no tenía batería (supongo otro inquilino lo quito, pero la administración no revisa esos detalles) Al querer comunicarte con la administración desde el aeropuerto para reportar nuestro arribo tardío, no fue posible, no tienen línea telefónica disponible 24h. Lo mencionado nos resultó de afectación mínima sin embargo incómodo en el momento.

As owners of a travel business and having visited over 100 countries, this experience was easily one of the worst. We literally live in hotels and serviced apartments every day, all over the world. This place was AWFUL. We encountered multiple problems that got totally ignored, followed by being lied to REPEATEDLY and then refusing to refund us when we left 2 days early. If you stay here, you will regret it!

Lugar muy bien ubicado, accesible para ir y venir a todos lados. Instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, lo único es que las cortinas no son blackout y permiten una entrada d e luz muy fuerte desde que amanece. Por otro lado, en la noche se puede ver todo a través de la ventana de tus vecinos y viceversa. Deberían cambiar las cortinas. Adicional, pase los tres primeros días de mi estancia pidiendo una toalla adicional que llevaron hasta mi última noche. Nos pusieron solo dos y éramos tres personas! Los aires acondicionados también necesitan limpieza. Por lo demás volvería a hospedarme acá.
