Comfortable room and friendly staff

The hotel is conveniently located near the RER and the TGV stations. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

J'ai pris un appart hôtel pour me faire à diner le soir après les RDV pro. Les casseroles sont vétustes et pas d'accessoire de nettoyage pour laver la table et vaisselle. Dommage le reste est correct

Propreté qui laisse à désirer, piscine pas bien chauffée, vaisselle manquante, siphon et vidage de baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas... Par contre, personnel sympathique, et très grand lit assez confortable.

Tres bel accueil. Sur le site, il ny avait pas mentionné la caution a verser avant d'y avoir accès. Bien accueilli par l'employer Ismael. Lit tres confortable, sauna et Jacouzi bien chauffés, par contre piscine froide à revoir. Parfait dans l'ensemble.

Ce n’est pas ma première fois chez eux et c’est la deuxième fois que ma compagne se fait refuser l’accès à notre chambre pour différente excuse. J’ai pris le soin de faire l’enregistrement le dimanche soir en laissant toute les consignes à l’accueil pour l’arrivée de ma femme et mon enfant de 4ans le lundi matin très tôt. J’ai laissé une carte à l’accueil pour eux afin qu’il puisse accéder à la chambre sans problème car la première fois que c’est arrivé ils m’ont dit prochainement laisser une carte à l’accueil monsieur. Donc j’ai procédé à ça en pensant qu’il n’y aurait pas de problème car j’étais en déplacé pro. Le matin ma femme m’appelle pour me dire qu’on lui refuse l’accès la femme de l’accueil me demande d’envoyer ma pièce d’identité par message qu’elle puisse voir, très énervé je lui envoie quand même et après ça on nous dit que ce n’est pas possible c’est une chambre de deux personnes et on est 3 avec un enfant de 4ans. Je quitte mon rendez-vous me rend à l’hôtel et sur place on essaye de me faire croire qu’il n’y a pas de problème c’est une incompréhension qu’il n’ont pas reçu l’info de leur collègue… Quand j’ai demandé le nom du responsable on m’a communiqué un nom erroné LOL. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement et les faits savoir à mon entourage et partenaires professionnels.
