Great view. Great room. Poor staffing. This hotel had a skeleton crew running it. We had no water in our shower for 3 days. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no one giving out pool towels. We had none. One person at front desk. If you want good customer service, dont stay here.

The room they put us in needed some work. The faucet on the kitchen was broke off literally. The filter water would only drip out and the bathroom faucets hot water handle didn’t work. We had maintenance come and they literally super glued the faucet back in. Water comes out but you can not swivel it. The next guest may try to swivel it and it will break off again. The view was perfect the weather was amazing! It’s low season so not much was open around. The coffee shop was and was fantastic!!!

It was okay. Have stayed at this property many times in the past with a much better experience. Our condo was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they are doing a lot of renovation on the pools / jacuzzi / bars. So much of that was closed / not available. The staff didn't really seem to help accommodate with this. We were able to hang near the pool since the weather was nice but server that came by never came back. Had to go over to the other phase; which had its own headaches. I would call prior to booking.

My wife is from the area so we have stayed at this property or others nearby several times. This trip we were very disappointed with the condition of the room. When we arrived, it had not been cleaned recently, so there was a layer of dust over all the surfaces. We had to call housekeeping and stay in the room for about 45 minutes to allow housekeeping to come and refresh the room. This made us late for dinner. When we woke up in the next morning, we needed to shower but found that there was no hot water. Apparently they had not turned the hot water heater on so once again we had to call and have somebody come do that and then wait for the hot water. This delayed our being able to go out to get some things done by over an hour. After Golf, I wanted to go to the pool, but after walking out there, discovered that the towels were located in phase 2, which was a substantial walk from where I was at. When we checked in, they had given us bracelets and said they were for the towels at the pool. They did not indicate that we had to go back to the phase 2 building to get the towels so we assumed that they would be out by the pool. Overall, I would have to say that I was very disappointed by the property for this visit.

Great place

We has a very nice ocean view room very clean. Staff was wonderful! Although it was a little chilly, it was sunny. Only part of the pool was open, but it was low season for them so some repairs. Would definitely return
