Great location for those visiting Disney with just 1 train stop away. Walking distance to lots of shopping. Hotel itself a bit dated/old but overall clean.

Kitchenette Apartment Near Disneyland

Great Apartment type hotel stay. Property is close to the station, that’s just 1 stop away from Disneyland, the reason we choose it. Dun drive and didn’t want to rely on the restricted scheduled free shuttles. Also close to the big shopping mall, which has everything you need it for. Room is huge since it’s a apartment style, if compare to standard hotel. Great to have a kitchenette, can do some light cooking. Great there’s self laundromat at the basement, price is per wash basis but comes with free drying which is great. Whilst it maybe a little dated and old, but hey for the price point, what can one be expecting?

Hotel was clean. There is a laundry room at the basement which I only discovered on the last day. The breakfast I took on the teo mornings I was there was great. It was 15 Euro per adult. And 7 Euro for kids There was a microwave oven, fridge freezer. Plates and utensils in the kitchenette in the room. The train station entrance is literally 20seconds walk.

The shower glass panel is shaky that makes it a little scary, have to be very careful when showering especially there is no non-slip mat in the bath tub. Other than that, all is fine.

Happy with our choice

When we check-in, the wait for the room to be clean up was exordinarily short. We were exhausted after a day of traveling by train, plane, bus and train again to get there. We didn't think we should check the cleanliness and condition of the room when we got in. Later that night we found hair of a previous guest in the bathtub and blood stain on a bedsheet. I talked to the concierge next morning and was questioned why it took me a day to raise the issue. I explained we were too tired to inspect the room the night before. The concierge manager apologized and told me she would make sure someone clean up the room. When we got back from our day-out, the room was totally cleaned up! We were thankful and delighted. Other than this incidence, this residhotel is really excellent! It's right behind RER train station, 20 mins walk to the outlet mall, 5-10 mins walk to a mini-mart, some eateries and a local shopping mall, easy access to Disneyland. The kitchenette equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, even a dish washer. They even provided sponge, dish detergent and dish washer detergent! Pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils and cups are all in the cabinet. I almost felt guilty that we didn't make full use of the kitchenette cos we rarely cooked. We will stay again if we are in the area again. Thank you for the wonderful stay, RESIDHOME VAL D'EUROPE!

TIME TO CHECK IN TOO LONG

IT TOOK ABOUT 45MINS TO CHECK IN. I CHECK IN AT 5.30PM AND THEN AT ABOUT 6.15PM THEN I GOT MY ROOM KEY. HOTEL CHECK IN TIME FROM 3PM ANF CHECK OUT IS 11AM. THEY SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE ROOM FOR NEW GUEST. THE REASON TOLD WAS SOME GUEST OUT LATE. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. THEY SHOULD MANAGED IT.

Safe and convenient

Very convenient to the Val d'Europe RER train station - 100m away. If you're taking the train to the hotel, take the exit NOT heading towards the town centre. Very safe even when returning at night after sightseeing in Paris. Short walks to nice cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall with a huge supermarket (Auchan's). No hotel shuttle to Disneyland, but it was fine because it was only one stop away by train right to the entrance of Disneyland. We're a family of 4 but took the apartment for 5 - trust me, having the extra sofa bed is worth the extra you pay. The sofa beds were easier to open and close, and firmer and more comfortable than many others we've used. The room was probably bigger than we'd have got in Paris for the same price and quality - but still very compact. If you're using this as a base to visit Paris, be prepared for a 40 minute train ride each way, and get the Paris Visite Pass for Zones 1 to 5 (the hotel is in Zone 5) for 1, 2 or 3 days - even if individual tickets might total the same price or even cheaper, the Pass is worth it for the time you save lining up for tickets.

Nice hotel but poor customer relation

stayed with a family of 5 with 3 teenage children. they loved the pl very convenient with the mall near the hotel.the female receptionist are not helpful. on 3rd nite when came back we saw that our towels was chng to clean ones(very happy), they short of 2 towels. So my dau called the receptionist to req for 2 more towels. The reply was very cold & told that will get it the next morning. What is the point as we will check out the next morning.

We loved the hotel! The staff was incredible! Wanted to be close to Disneyland Paris and the train was right across the way, and easy to use. The train ride to Disneyland Paris was about 2 min away. Very convenient for our needs. We definitely stay here again!

Apartamento correcto con todo lo necesario para alojarse. Se encuentra justo encima de la estación que te lleva directo a Disneyland y a escasos metros del centro comercial Val d’Europe que tiene infinidad de tiendas y un Auchan enorme para hacer las compras necesarias.
