Property was very nicely kept. The location is central to everything and very easy to walk around or grab a Tuk Tuk nearby. The staff and service absolutely phenomenal.

Overall, had a great stay - definitely value for money. Quite well located - walkable to Pub Street and Night market. Breakfast can be improved, likewise for hot water for shower. It was lukewarm most of the time. Late, was told by the staff that the hotel use solar panel for electricity.

Lovely boutique hotel!!!

A very nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast menu. The room is very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 min walk to the night market. Will definitely come back if I visit Siem Reap next time.

Cozy , Quiet accommodation in Siem Reap

Lets talk about the Staff first: Staff: They were responsive to your request, extremely Friendly and I felt I was treated as a regular customer though its my first time. The Manager gave us a detail tour around the place, sharing the origin of the hotel.. Nice approach. Breakfast : My wife and I was looking forward for the daily breakfast, It was western breakfast with a little Asian fusion. Great Taste and great presentation. Room : Clean and spacious. All room have a good view on the pool..

Beautiful new hotel in the heart of the city

Beautiful new hotel, clean spacious room, comfy bed, great breakfast. The staff is really friendly and helpful if you need to arrange trips or need advice about restaurants for dinner. Also is right in the center but quiet, just 3mins walk from the center of Siem Riep

Great New Establishment

Was very impressed by the entire experience. For someone who usually travels the major hotel chains, I've also open to finding new, swanky and smaller boutique establishments- and this one met my expectations. This hotel is very new (a month old) and I love the contemporary interiors of the hotel and room. The room has all the amenities you need, with good wifi, cable TV, and a firm bed (which is always good). Breakfast was included in my room rates and I was impressed by the spread and plating and options of the various sets that I had. I also went to check out the sunrise and the hotel prepared take out tins for our breakfast, which had assorted bread, fruits and some local sweet potatoes. The staff are super friendly- from the GM greeting me by my name at breakfast; to his team- thanks for always welcoming me back with refreshing towels and to printing my flight itinerary before leaving and for always offering to take our bags. The location is good too, about 10-15 mins walk to Pub Street and the night market area. Wishing the team the best!

Very good option to stay in Siam Reap

It is a very good option to stay in Siam Reap, excellent location and rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room. The hotel fix this he first day with a very effective aromatizer.

The food at the restaurant was amazing and reasonable. The room was large and comfortable. The only thing I would give feedback on is the garbage on the street on the way to the river. It is very messy and takes away from the hotel.

직원들이 굉장히 친절했습니다 툭툭이로 5-10분거리 펍스트리트, 야시장 등등과 거리가 멀지않고 공항도 15-20분 툭툭이로 주변구경하며 이동하기 좋았습니다. 시설은 보통 가격에 딱맞는정도 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다만 샤워기가 비오듯떨어지는 고정된것만있어서 무조건 몸전체를 씻어야하는 번거로움은 조금 있었습니다

The whole experience was amazing. The hotel provided simple breakfast like congee, noodles and bread. However, the surrounding neighbourhood was a bit noisy, especially during the morning.

Good location, walking distance to pub street but not too close to the noise. There are chicken crows very early in the morning in the next building, and they can be heard from the room. Staffs are nice and responsive. Breakfast is OK since it is a small hotel. Hot water sometimes get limited in late night after 11pm.

部屋もレストランも清潔で快適に過ごせました。スタッフも全員丁寧、親切で素晴らしかったです。ホテルがアンコールツアーの為に手配してくれたトゥクトゥクドライバーも親しみやすく、運転も丁寧で安心して過ごせました。ホテル内のスパで受けたマッサージは1時間18ドルと、外に比べて割高でしたが、クオリティーが高く2度もお願いしてしまいました。場所も、飲食店が並ぶパブストリートやオールドマーケットから徒歩10分程で、かなり便利です。ホテル自体はこじんまりとしていますが、部屋の大きさも大人2人で十分ゆったり過ごせました。とにかく大満足です。Terrific Customer Service! I was amazed at the care that was given to me and my wife at our stay. The front desk receptionists were very helpful providing us with useful information. It was a pleasure the stay.
