Great family hotel

Great place to use as a base to explore Lagos on foot. The hotel poolside bar served food that was a little underwhelming but the breakfast service was very good by contrast. Parking was available for a fee and the hotel reception booked a boat trip for us.

Staff was very nice! However again we were not told that because the season is over they would be OUT of wine and have limited supplies. Place needs updating badly, beds were very uncomfortable! OLD, Linens were good, Great shower!

Monolocale confortevole ma servizio da migliorare

Il monolocale è molto ben arredato con terrazzo vista piscina. Il bagno disponeva solo di una saponetta e di gel doccia/shampoo. Mancavano: bicchieri, cuffia doccia, asciugamani bidet e si sono pure dimenticati di mettere quelli per le mani. Colazione dolce e soprattutto salata, poca scelta, mai visto le bustine di tè nero solo tè verde. Parcheggio solo con supplemento di 12€ al giorno non segnalato nella prenotazione.

Over all the stay was perfect but the area lacks the transportation Also breakfast didn't have any variations same everey day staff exclent One thing when i booked the hotel it says i have to pay £1159.69 The hotel charge me £1184.61 how can i get my refund only noticed when i got home

Great property! Swimming area was great. Rooms were spacious and well equipt. Breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend if you are plannig to be in Lagos. Family friendly.

Nice rooms, book one with a balcony, totally worth it. Room without a balcony is not worth the cost. Great pools, fantastic hotel location. On our first day we were told by another guest how to find a walkway directly to the old town, less than 5 minute walk. Also, easy walk to waterfront and Ponta de Piedade.

Visited so many beautiful places in the Algarve. This hotel is not in one of those places plus the hotel was a 2.5 star at best. Would not stay there again or recommend anyone to stay.

Falta de manutenção adequada.

O hotel é bem localizado e possui boa estrutura. Entretanto, vários itens do quarto estavam sem manutenção adequada: janela não trancava, gaveta quebrada, porta de correr do armário quebrado, interfone sem funcionar. Pedi para trocar de quarto o que ensejou alguma dificuldade para conseguir. Mas o outro possuía os mesmos defeitos. De amenidades, somente sabonete.

Ok enough property. Nice pool - though not heated. They advertise a kids room - but it was closed. They advertise a games room - but all of the games require you to pay. Food at the restaurant is overpriced - but there are good options nearby. Overall it was a fine place to stay but nothing extraordinary.
