Un ambiente decadente , struttura anni 80 e si vede che non è mai stato fatto nulla per mantenerla in buone condizioni, l’unica cosa positiva è la location( fronte mare) per il resto non è degna nemmeno di 1 stella.... la maggior parte del personale ( poco educato) io viaggio molto ed ho un lavoro che è a contatto con il pubblico e credetemi, UNA DELUSIONE

it was a very nice experience , friendly , professional, staff, rooms were clean, housekeeping staff attentive, friendly. Recommendations The walk ways, need power wash, and a little touch up to the out side paint, and common areas.

My initial room had a damaged Balcony Door. When I opened the Balcony Door upon arriving in my room at 4:00 in the morning the glass pane cracked. I did not notify the front desk until I woke up later in the morning. The attendants informed me that I should have notified them if I was having trouble with the door and said that if I wanted another room I would have to pay for the damage to the door. I will no longer be staying at this location based upon the hotel charging me for damages that should have or were identified prior to me staying in the room.

Nothing was good about this stay. The all inclusive food is horrendous, staff isnt great and the drink are below the rail level if thats possible. Just terrible!!! I would not chexk into here.

Great location on the beach and walking distance to everything. Property need maintenance, but its still a great place for the area. Sosua Bay is a hidden charm that many people over look

The worst hotel ever

I think this is the worst hotel I ever been to. The service is so bad that it cannot be worse, the staff is so negative, not smiling and really do not care about anything. Bad bad bad , nothing like they say on the web.

Impresiones sinceras

Fuimos a pasar unos días de descanso y pensamos que realmente el hotel era nuevo. Nada que ver, lo único nueva era el nombre. En sentido general la estructura esta muy deteriorara, se nota que hacen un esfuerzo por mantener las áreas limpias y en buen estado, pese al deterioro, tratan de mantener el área limpia pero el personal no es suficiente. La ubicación de los espacios de esparcimiento esta todo cerca. A las 11 de la noche no te queda de otra que irte a la cama porque literalmente todo queda suspendido. La bebida son de muy mala calidad. El equipo de animación es de lo peor. No tienen restaurante a la carta incluido en el paquete, aunque existe uno de uso privado. La única área de comida es el restaurante común ( Bufet) y aunque no hay tanta variedad hacen un trabajo enorme. Una lista de alimentos adecuadas, el personal es súper atento. el chef personalmente supervisa el servicio y los camareros siempre muy atentos a que te sientas bien. La mayor debilidad que tienen es la playa, debido a que la misma tiene acceso al publico de la calle y no garantiza nada de privacidad, ahhh y cierran el acceso a las 7pm. En sentido general, el hotel no esta lleno de lujo no elegancia pero con poco dinero puedes pasar unos días tranquilo y en familia. P.D. No tiene ninguna zona de recreo para los niños, si vas con los peques, tendrás que ingeniártelas.
