The location was near a metro and tram line and is within zone 1 of Paris. However due to a miscommunication between expedia and Residhome, I was denied my breakfast on the first day, and despite chasing for an answer on how to resolve it, I've yet to get a response after 6 days of staying there. I'm somewhat ascertained that I will have to end up forfeiting the extra sum of money which I paid to have the breakfast...

This apartment is perfect for a family. You can cook if you want to. Sofa bed was a decent size. Extremely convenient for station and travel to do sightseeing in Paris. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

Great apartment for tourists

There was a bit of language barrier but the people were really nice and helpful. The location is convenient because it is a short walk to Rosa Parks RER station. Being on the outskirts of Paris made for a very different experience. There were few tourists, mostly locals. Having a kitchenette made life easier

Hotel bom, localização um pouco mais complicada

Sobre o hotel em si não tenho do que reclamar, quarto espaçoso e silencioso, boa mini cozinha (não utilizei o fogão e lava-louças para opinar) e o mercado na rua ao lado ajudou bastante. Falo pouco francês e consegui me comunicar em inglês na recepção. A única ressalva é a localização. Eu já sabia que seria afastado do centro e das principais atrações, além da região ser um pouco erma, mas não tive nenhuma ocorrência. Tem uma estação de RER na mesma calçada (que estava fechando mais cedo no período em que fui, o que dificultou ainda mais a volta no fim do dia), porém realmente leva um bom tempo para ir e voltar do centro todos os dias, é preciso estar bem ciente disso e preparado para andar um pouco mais. Foi um bom custo-benefício para adultos, mas talvez para famílias com crianças e quem se cansa mais não seja o ideal. No fim, é preciso pesar a vantagem do preço + ter uma cozinha x a dificuldade da localização.

The hotel is superb and for us it is value for mon

My son liked the hotel and commented the room we stayed was very clean. He loves seeing the trains because our room was close to the train station and for us it is easy access to Central Paris. I told my husband that the hotel will be booked anytime we want to visit France on holiday.
