Excellent Wifi, the staff and management were very helpful, the manager Athena organized our pick up from the airport, ordered our breakfast in the morning, and was available when needed. It was a perfect private villa with the caldera view. The balcony with the tub was a plus. I'd stay here a thousand times.

Athena was welcoming and communicative, making our visit a breeze. We came in by ferry and our ride was arranged seamlessly amidst the mayhem of ferry arrivals. The property itself is exquisite (we stayed in the Grand Villa with 6 people). The location is right in the Caldera with beautiful views. Although loud at night outside, it was quiet within the rooms and we had very good sleep. The trek to the villa is extensive given the cliff side etc. but that is a given for the area!

Nestled perfectly on the cliffs, the panoramic vistas of the Aegean Sea and the iconic Santorini sunsets were nothing short of magical. Our host was absolutely incredible. From arranging transportation to recommending local gems and ensuring our stay was comfortable, their hospitality was unmatched. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of Thera Villas is unbeatable. Just a short walk from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.
