I like the cooking facilities and washing machine. Great convenience for my family. However the shower area needs improvement, would be better to install shower screen so that floor won't be wet. Its a pity that the jacuzzi water is cold. Also a little too far from BTS and it's a residential area.

A new property yet standard is not met

Upon check-in, I was requested to sign an in-house terms and conditions for the stay in which I am completely not comfortable with.  It was reserved via www.hotels.com (where T&C has been applied) and I have never signed on such T&C for any single stays in Bangkok ever :(  Have reserved a Family Suite for 2 and a Deluxe Suite for 1.  The size of Family Suite is 55sqm and is only good for 2.  For 4, it is too squeezy. The washlet at the Family Suite was blocked and I have to flush at least 10 times per usage.  It was eventually repaired on the 3rd day.  The design of the bathtub is not practical too as the bathroom is always flooded with every showers. Found mini cockroaches on several occasions :( Should consider to include a dish sponge and dish detergent for the kitchenette. The theme of Zensation is "zen", I am however sceptical about it.  The open concept of the shower facility (akan onsen) for the spa pool and steam room is again not practical (I have no where to even get changed).  No access to the zen garden (half blocked), it is purely for admiration from the spa pool.

Residence at CBD area with Local Favor

The hotel was located in the inner CBD - Sathorn Area near to Chong Nonsi BTS and at the same time near to Chan Road and every morning i could walk to where all the local go to buy their breakfast and grab mine too, it is a good 10-15min walk and I just take it as my morning exercise. Therefore, If you want to experience “local life” and at the same time not too far away from area like Siam or Silom then this is quite a good place to consider.

Down the street from St. Louis station. Just close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be a little quieter. AC worked great. Kitchenette was nice. Everyone up front was friendly and courteous.

The staff are so nice and very polite. They are explained the customer as cleary. The hotel is near of convenience store(7-eleven) and the motorbike taxi station. ข้อเสียของโรงแรม คือที่จอดรถมีไม่มากน่าจะไม่ถึง 10 คันแนะนำให้โทรถามก่อน และหมอนในห้องพักมีลักษณะลีบและแบนเกินไป นอนหลายคืนจะปวดคอได้ค่ะ For the disadvantage, I thought this hotel have a few parking area. 清潔かつスタッフは親切

こちらのホテルに５泊しました。施設自体とても清潔で部屋の広さや使いやすさも十分です。しかし、ひとつ気になるのはやはり立地です。お気づきの通りこちらのホテルは駅まで徒歩で15分以上かかってしまいます。そしてバンコクは日中は30度を超える暑さなので歩いて向かうのはかなり厳しいです。バンコクはタクシーが安いのでほとんど私たちはそれを利用しました。なので最終的にタクシーを使うのであれば問題ないかとも思います。中心の駅であるシーロムまでタクシーで行っても80バーツ程だったと思います。100バーツ以上取られたら確実にぼったくりです。ロビーのスタッフに何時にホテルの前にタクシーを呼んで欲しいという旨を伝えたら快く引き受けてくれます。

We have stayed here a few times now and its simple to say ... Its great value ,Super clean and the staff can't do enough for you . Location is quiet yet only minutes from all the attractions.

Excellent hotel at rhe right price. Every bit as clean and professional as any of the big hotels but lots cheaper. Love the rooftop spa, the gym is much better equipped than most hotel gyms and the rooms have a washing machine. Great experience.
