Great cosy place

The place is comfortable with a nice small kitchen for doing up our dinners throughout our 3-night stay. Convenient drives to the 'worlds' - places of interests. Walking distance to tram station and nearby to a shopping centre and restaurants.... great choice for our stay. Thumbs up !

Wouldn't stay here again.

I found the nightly rate overpriced as compared to similar apartments over at Surfers Paradise. Apartment was rather small. There was no housekeeping although my family stayed for 6 nights. Extra towels were charged at $2 each. One bedroom light was not working from check-in and nobody came to fix it although front desk said they would send somebody. The ventilator fan in the master ensuite was broken as well, hence the bathroom floors were continually wet throughout the stay. Front desk wasn't too helpful at all. The good about the apartment was the unblocked ocean views and the free WIFI.

Thumbs up for Ultra boardboard!

My family (6 adults and 2 children) have enjoyed our stay in Ultra boardbeach. All the rooms are new,clean and spacious. It has excellent view as we are staying on 29th floor. We felt safe as there are security system installed in the carpark and lifts so that only the tenants can access to the house. Nearby there are many restaurants and supermarkets and shopping centre - pacific fair (ard 10 mins walk). The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. We were glad we have booked this place.

A great location and the amenities were awesome. Loved the pool and spa. Easily walkable to Oasis and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Only downside would be it’s really noisy at the moment with construction of a new apartment building next door. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ultra Broadbeach.

A great size apt, in a very convenient location

A spacious apartment right in Broadbeach. Fantastic amenities. A fabulous stay for my husband and I, as we love to walk everywhere. Building is looked after and the secure onsite parking is so convenient. Apartment itself has everything you need for a vacation. Lots of storage, fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, dinnerware, cookware, microwave, etc. The Welcome Basket was a lovely touch. Washing Machine, Dryer, very comfortable king bed and lounges too made it a very lovely stay. Thankyou.

とても綺麗で清潔、バスタブも広く、部屋数も多くて家族5人で快適に過ごさせていただきました。部屋からのビーチの景色もとても素敵です。歩いてモールにも公園やビーチにもいけるので、立地もとても良かったです。近くに美味しいレストランが少ないのが残念でしたが、キッチンが使いやすく自炊するのにもとても助かりました。また泊まりたいです。

The only problem we had was the queen size bed should be replaced and not have single beds joined together. The complementary goods was great and I would prefer a small fresh milk put in room the day of arrival.

Excellent location. Bathroom a touch dated. Reported leak in balcony ceiling the day after arriving but was not addressed during our stay. Appears the leak has been ongoing. In general condition of apartment good. Great clean pool and well maintained garden areas.
