Everything was clean and nice. Wish the parking space was larger. The bedding had holes in them so they should be updated. Wish also that kitchen was better supplied with kitchen towels and paper towels. I had to buy some on my own. Everything was comfortable, clean and quiet.

洗濯機はあるが乾燥機がないので注意

一応新都心だけど空港から交通手段はゆいレールでなくバスかタクシーで天久を目指す 部屋は静か、寝室とリビングが分かれてキッチン付き、バスルームも大きめでリラックスできる ただWi-Fiが非常に重く使いづらいのでなんとかして欲しい

駐車場はとにかく鬼せまい! 中に入ったら、切り返しができないので向きが変えられないレベル。 洗濯機はすぐにエラーが出るし、風呂のシャンプーのポンプが壊れていて、中身が出てこないなど、ちょっとずつ残念な感じ。 しかし部屋は素泊まりで寝るだけ、と考える人なら値段的に満足できると思う。 ファミリーも全然OK

台風で飛行機が欠航になった為、急遽予約しました。その後飛行機が取れたので宿泊の日程を３泊から1泊に変更しましたが、返金はして頂けませんでした。返金不可のプランでしたが、台風という事情もあり、少しは何かしらの対応があるかと思いましたがとても残念です。 1泊2日、3人素泊まりで7万円。 ホテルは台風で安全の為ということで、エレベーターが止まり5階まで歩いて重い荷物を運びました。駐車場は道を挟んで向かい側。横断歩道もありません。雨の中びしょ濡れで移動しました。 部屋は狭く、クーラーは最強にしてもあまり効きません。ベッドは使用前からゴミ があり、先に掃除してから使用しました。シングル2台を引っ付けてありますが、とても3人寝れる状態ではありませんでした。ソファーは生地がボロボロで、使用するとカスがでて、部屋のあちこちにそのゴミが… 返金してもらえなかったのは仕方ないですが、色々とありえない部屋でした。
