Lovely family, cottage & farm
Linda and her family were very welcoming & helped with any questions we had on the property or farm.
The cottage was very well equipped, and nothing that we needed to take bar food & drinks.
We would stay here again and had a lovely time!

Trip to Lydford gorge
Lovely setting and lovely host self enclosed idea for animals. Only thing was the cleanliness as they seemed to have a problem with flies and had to pick up and get rid of many….. other than a lovely little place with great views….

I miss it already!
Fantastic and friendly. Accommodation was lovely and suited the farm environment. Owners were happy to show you the working of the farm. There were some gorgeous calves and you could help milk the cows. Our dog loved it and wasn't fazed by all the animals. Our cottage had an enclosed garden which was perfect. We are already planning to go back.

We loved the farm! We have two young children and they loved seeing the animals especially the baby calves. Everyone at the farm were so lovely and helpful and it was a great experience.

Great views
Beautiful locations, accommodation was lovely and the owners were really friendly and made us feel welcome.
The kids loved the farm with ducks etc. Would be nice to have some tea and coffee available for guests. There were some opened tea bages inc. Soap from other hotels.
Having said the above the owners were very helpful and friendly.
I would go back with the kids.
What a wonderful introduction to England! Being Americans and having to learn to drive in the UK, we found the trip a bit stressful. Then we pulled into this beautiful farm, and our stress melted away. We were immediately greeted by a very kind gentleman who made us feel so welcome, and got us squared away. The owner, Linda, and her children were so warm and truly made us feel like family. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4. We spent our days exploring nearby Dartmoor National Park (which we highly recommend) and our evenings were spent in a cozy living room with a fire in the fireplace. Between the wild ponies at Dartmoor and the newborn calves on the dairy farm, my daughter was in heaven!
Had a lovely stay in The Old Dairy cottage with my husband and 2 children. The cottage is very cosy and well equipped. Linda and her family are so welcoming and my children loved seeing the little calves and playing in the children's area. We had a very yummy cooked breakfast in the farmhouse one morning, thank you Linda! The cottage is quite noisy in the early morning due to it's location right next to the milking shed, I would advise earplugs if you are a light sleeper! It didn't wake the children though and wouldn't stop us staying again.
Lovely quiet retreat to stay in away from the hustle and bustle of a wedding at Roadford Lake. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Very pleased.
We were only staying here as a stopover on a long trip....absolutely gutted we weren’t staying longer! This place is a gem!
The pictures don’t do it justice...the property was wonderful! So peaceful and full of everything you need! The owner was so friendly and helpful....it felt like we were visiting an old friend!
