Cobran sin hacer uso del hotel los de hoteles.com

Como es posible que me hayan cobrado el total sin poder usar el hotel ya que mi vuelo quedó cancelado y no pude llegar tanto los del hoteles.com como los del hotel de Ryad Soy un cliente que al menos les rento 30 noches al año y dicen que soy gold y esos beneficios los de hiéreles se portaron muy groseros

Very bad experience

Very bad service all toilets is not cleaned TV is old style system central channel control no sleper On of toilet is leaking the sewage water on the floor Very far away from the center They change my room from floor 4 to floor 3 The internet was so bad Very bad experience it will not happen again
