Neon, neon everywhere

Ok so... It was fine. Good price for where and what you get. Just be aware you will be blinded by all the neon, the public parking was $68 for 2.5 hours and my fancy Bluetooth speaker by the bed was broken. So... Like I said. Good for what you pay for.

The location is good. The CBD area can be explored on foot. The Central Station and the water ferry terminals are not far away. There is a botanic garden, not to be confused with the one at Mt Coot tha, is within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. The service and staff are excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, helpful and professional.

Oaks Festival Towers location is excellent, it located in the CBD area and is very central and convenient. The room is clean and well equipped all necessities. All staffs are friendly, helpful, professional and polite. Oaks Festival Towers is our only place we will stay when we travel to Brisbane.

Great location!

Amazing location, great eateries, bars and supermarkets a stone’s throw away. Some amenities and furniture were abit old but overall it was an enjoyable stay! We had problems with our washer and the staff(Josh) was prompt in helping us with our room change and even followed up to check on us after!

Limited wifi

There was only free wifi for 30minutes Everyday, it is quite a challenge in this day and age! Even queen street mall has free wifi 24/7! Also, if u book for a cot bed, don’t expect it to be set up, you have to ring them up to bring it to you, and you have to set it up yourself. Poor service even when help was asked for

Good location

The hotel is located centrally and it's very convenient except that it's tough for taxi driver to pickup. Would like the room to be cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, the room is quite nice but would prefer the lights to be brighter.

Terrible hotel in an awesome location

Its the most terrible hotel reception that i have ever met. From the check in, management and the aminities of the hotel its all went wrong. The reception is super rude to the guest. Request for extra bed but they dont have any spare pillow in the hotel. Bad management for parking space.

We stayed over to settle our daughter into her university. Location is great and walking distance to shopping area. We were able to purchase all her needs within the first few days leaving us time to explore the city. Only complaints were that the rate was pretty high and the room was a bit old needing a spruce up. The staff and service were excellent and very attentive to our needs . All in a wonderful experience.
