Beautiful property and great location. Room was essentially an efficiency style condo. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. Friendly front desk and custodial staff.

Excellent Stay

We took a group of 7 to Asuncion for a 10 night stay and LOVED Start Villa Morra Rent apartments. The staff were very kind, efficient, and Eric (on overnight duty) was a true delight. The location is outstanding - within a few blocks of a shopping mall, supermarket, and many restaurants and the neighborhood is very walkable. We can't wait to visit again in a few months.

There was plenty to enjoy about the apartment. The pool especially. Staff and cleaners were very friendly despite my lack of Spanish however always helped where possible. My experience there is a positive one and I will certainly book again next time.
