Upon our arrival, the apartment we reserved (and paid for) was not available. Now they refuse to provide a refund. The front desk people insisted that it was a "computer error." If so, it's THEIR problem, not mine.

Pictures were way better than in person. The sheets and towels were stained. There looked like a blood stain on the pillow case. We asked for them to swap out the sheets and towels but they said the housekeeping staff went home already and couldn't support. Needless to say, we were concerned for our health and safety. Therefore, we had to leave the property and book another hotel which was inconvenient. There were also two handprints on the wall next to a panic button. This made us even more uneasy. I reached out about a refund but they haven't responded or taken action. I'm hoping I can receive a refund as soon as possible.

This is a fine basic residential apartment. I had a nice stay and no major problems. The wifi was fine. The kitchen is sparsely supplied. The A/C worked well. The rooms were serviced well. Sometimes the gate was unlocked and unattended at night. I think there is a sewage leak in the main parking lot, which was unpleasant. The mattress could do with being replaced. There is a nice restaurant on one side; but there is a squatter dwelling on the other side.

Absolutely Fabulous!

The Residency at Jellicoe was PERFECT for our family of four. The spacious 2 BR 2 BA apartment was immaculate, contemporary and very located in a great neighborhood. The service we received was outstanding and we highly recommend it for families traveling to JoBerg! The photos on the website do not do the place justice.

Instalações excelentes, quartos de bom tamanho e apartamento muito bem equipado com lavadora/secadora de roupas e máquina de lavar louças, entre outras amenidades. Com relação ao bairro, a recomendação, para quem não está de carro, é andar pelas ruas a pé até, no máximo, às 18:00 horas, pois depois desse horário aparecem pedintes pelas redondezas que te abordam de forma acintosa.

Comfortable stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Need new kettle in Room 107. The element in the kettle was rusty thus no morning coffee. Location is good and very quiet. Studio Room is small for 2 adults, I recommend Single Bedroom rather

Very clean, spacious and incredibly friendly and helpful staff! This place is fantastic and goes above an beyond for their guests. It is steps away from Rosebank Mall where you can get the Hop on Hop off City Bus tour of the city including every tour you could want for half the price of private tours. We had a fantastic time here.

Very satisfied

I planned a 2 night layover in Johannesburg and enjoyed my stay at the residency. The staff were courteous and helpful. While my room was an efficient. I chose to eat in a near by restaurant near the mall. It was about a 7 minute walk. I would stay there again.

The apartment is located in the quiet and clear area of Johannesburg, close to the Gautrain Rosebank station. Our room was huge and clean. Very good wifi connection. Good kitchen amenities, comfortable bed.
