This isn t your best option even for a quick stop around Cancun. Just reserved 1 night before taking my fly the next morning. The Hotel is far from everything, reception is unpleasant, breakfast a disaster. Consider only if this is your last option.

Bed was too soft so didn’t sleep much. We reserved a room with two double beds but received a room with one double bed. Very uncomfortable to share a double bed. Another reason we didn’t sleep much. Otherwise, nice area with several choices of restaurants & shopping within walking distance.

This is my second time coming to this location and I would return. PROS: 1. Breakfast was always good too because you were offered Mexican and American options. 2. Easy check in / out 3. Pleasant front desk people 4. Quiet rooms /area 5. Multiple restaurants nearby 6. Close to the airport CONS: 1. The hotel offers to help qith excursions; however, the person took too long to get back at me, so I went with another company. 2. The bathroom tiles can use a bit of bleach and scrubbing, especially, the grout areas. 3. Small rooms /bathroom

The property is near decent restaurants in walking distance. Local bus stop was not in sight. It’s away from the attraction zone. Taxi was expensive for trips to the hotel zone. Staff is not up to par with their customer service. I wasn’t told where everything was or what amenities they offered upon checking in. Also had to wait until check in time. There wasn’t an early check in option. Hotel staff kept my luggage for me as a courtesy. This hotel benefits locals and people with their own transportation. Walls are super thin, water pressure in my room was low. Bed is not cozy, small, and mattress seem out dated. I had a Nice view of restaurants and didn’t have any issues sleeping. Breakfast was not what I expected from a Hilton brand. It was disappointing. I couldn’t eat more than one piece of fruit. I didn’t see oatmeal, waffles, breakfast sausage etc. not even cereal. I paid close to $300 for two nights so I expected more.
