The hotel is excellent and very well located. Rooms are extra large with nice powerful bathroom shower, aircom also new and excellent. The Christmas party which was included on my package was superb and left many people speechless with the levels of food drinks and quality. Also Amazing music band playing by the pool. The only negative problem I had was the key card for my room which never works, after I left the room I had to keep walking to the reception and request new cards all the time. Overhaul everything was excellent, especially the morning breakfast.

Não recomendo

As condições do hotel não estão nada boas. Tive um problema no banheiro do quarto, pois o box do banheiro não fechava e alagou o restante do banheiro (que era minúsculo), além disso estava com as fiações todas a mostra no teto. Foi preciso meu namorado falar na recepção para trocarmos de quarto. O café da manhã era um caos, não tinha mesa para todos, muita gnt esperando mesa, sem controle de fila… pouquíssimas opções no café da manhã. O estacionamento era pago, 25 reais a diária, e mesmo assim com esquema de manobrista. Enfim, não recomendo mesmo.

Bom no momento que chegamos foi um pouco estressante, fomos colocados num quarto que o box do banheiro não vedava a água e vazava, solicitei a troca do quarto, porém o rapaz da recepção me informou que não podia fazer nada pois o pessoa da reserva já haviam largado, só após alguns estresses trocaram nosso quarto. Tirando isso o hotel é super confortável e agradável .

Tão bom que merece uma reforma!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. A estrutura é antiga porém limpeza muito boa. O problema é o barulho do ar condicionado e cheiro ruim no esgoto do banheiro, típicos de prédios antigos com manutenção a desejar.

Para quem busca estresse, é o melhor lugar!

Horrível, atendimento precário na recepção, sem informações sobre horários e localizações de café da manhã e etc... quarto sem isolamento acústico, EU NÃO DORMI!!! Simplesmente estavam acontecendo várias baladas na rua do hotel e o barulho parecia que estava dentro do quarto. O restaurante para o café da manha estava MEGA LOTADO, sem alguém na entrada para ter um controle, qualquer um que chegasse ali poderia comer, a comida era boa, mas a ordem ali era terrível. De manhã quando tirei um tempo pra dar mais um cochilo, sou incomodado com uma funcionária batendo na porta para perguntar se houve consumação do frigobar, isso aí foi o cúmulo, era para ser feito durante o check out, como todo hotel comum faria, jamais voltarei, fui na intenção de ter sossego e ganhei foi mais estresse.
