Wonderful stay!

Vista Premio, an excellent hotel in all aspects however a slight distance to walk from train station. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and will still consider this hotel should I come back to Yokohama!

The room was clean and had great amenities. Stunning room; I wished that my stay was longer. Location is a slightly inconvenient as it is a 9min walk to the nearest metro station. However, it was near to the ocean and the area was nice and peaceful. Despite the location, I enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice and clean hotel with sea view. Provides complimentary coffee 24 hour at the lobby. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket nearby. It’s only a 5 min walk from the hotel which the airport limousine bus stops.

My choice of hotel in Yokohama in future too

We went as a family from Singapore. it is good place to stay, 20 mins walk to Yokohama station Or 800 yen by taxi . Service is good. Only issue is when we stayed for 1 week , in their buffet breakfast they provided exactly same menu for all 7 days. No change . That I feel boredom . Other than that I can recommend this hotel for the value of the money . As usual communication is difficult since the staff speaks and understand only Japanese, and little bit of English. Since my daughter speaks some Japanese ( she loves watching Japanese animate movies ) we somehow managed the whole trip .

お値段それなりのホテル。

最初に通して貰ったお部屋のトイレが下水の匂いが酷くてお部屋を変えて貰いました。 その後の部屋も少しトイレの下水の匂いは少しありました。 又フェスタオルを追加でお願いしたのですが一度も追加の枚数で準備がなかったです。コーヒーも無く結果買いに行きました。 立地と明るさはとても良いのですが残念でした。次回はインターコンチを予約致しました。

眺めが最高

フロントにあるコーヒーサービスが嬉しい。朝食フロアとフロントからの眺めがとても良かったです。高層階からのみなとみらい側の夜景が素敵でした、カップルにオススメ。 ホテルの設備が比較的新しく、洗濯機や電子レンジもあるので長期滞在も楽しめそう。次回来る時は、ぜひフィットネスを体験したいです。

非日常を過ごす為に滞在してみました。部屋のサイズも充分です。１Fにはセブンもあり、夜中に買い出しOKです。近くに水産市場、隣にOK、そして朝早くからやっているパンケーキのお店があり、充分満足。価格もお手頃でした。
