A great ApartHotel

A neat apartment Hotel approximately 6km from Brandenburg gate. Car parking available at the property for EUR 18 per day. There is a kettle in the apartment but no kitchen/cooking which wasn’t a concern for us. There are lots of eateries close by and Uber costs around EUR 12-15 (non peak hours) to get to main attraction centres. I would stay here again.

Hotel is next to a big shopping mall and is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Room is very spacious and hotel staff are helpful.

Zimmer waren extrem abgewohnt, Luft im gesamten Hotel war stickig, Schimmel und viele Flecken an den Wänden; Reklamation des Zimmers brachte kaum eine Verbesserung.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Verkehrsgünstig (Bahn, U-Bahn, S-Bahn) gelegen und dennoch ruhig. WLAN funktionierte leider nicht im ganzen Apartment. Küchenzeile dürftig ausgestattet: Apartment war für 4 Personen gebucht, doch es gab nur 2 Tassen, wenige Gläser, sonst kein Geschirr.

Ocak 호텔, 아주 만족스러웠습니다

2024년 10월 10일부터 18일까지 이용했습니다. 혼자 여행이라 조용한 호텔을 찾았는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 도착하는 날 비행기와 베를린 시내로 들어오는 열차가 지연되는 바람에 밤 열두시 반이 넘어서 호텔에 도착했습니다만 체크인하는데 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 룸은 그렇게 넉넉한 편은 아니지만 혼자 사용하기에는 적당했고 커피 포트가 있어서 룸에서 뜨거운 차를 마시거나 간단한 컵라면 정도는 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔은 GEsundbrunnen역(공항 열차, ICE 등 모든 종류의 열차 다 이용할 수 있음)에서 3~400미터 정도 떨어진 아파트 단지에 있어 조용하고 차분한 아침을 맞을 수 있습니다. 역에는 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 토요일 저녁에도 식사를 할 수 있으며 dm부터 전자제품 쇼핑몰까지 다양하게 있습니다. 조식은 대형 고급 호텔 만큼은 아니지만 별 네개 호텔 중에서도 괜찮은 편입니다. 몇년 동안 일년에 한번씩 베를린에 다니면서 주로 베를린역이나 알렉산더플라츠, 또는 쿠담 근처에서 숙박을 했는데 제일 편안했습니다.

Leider war das Appartement ziemlich ramponiert und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Buchung und die Kommunikation zur Rezeption war schwierig, da das vorhandene Telefon gar nicht angeschlossen war. Auch ein Wechsel des Appartements hat an der Sauberkeit nichts geändert.

Alt i alt et okay hotel. Det var rigtig flot udadtil. Flotte omgivelser. Desværre var værelset noget slidt og rengøringen mildest talt mangelfuld. Vi havde bestilt en lejlighed med te-køkken. Køleskabet virkede ikke. Efter at have sagt det 3 gange i receptionen fik vi et andet. Det virkede desværre heller ikke. Vi gav op. Vi skulle heldigvis ikke være ret meget på hotellet og Berlin er en fantastisk by, så vi havde en skøn tur. Parkeringshuset var rigtig godt.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft OK. Der Zustand unseres Zimmers machte einen schon recht bewohnten Eindruck. Hier stimmen die anderen Bewertungen bzgl. fleckiger Wände. Das Bad hatte keinen eigenen Lichtschalter. Das Licht ging nur per Bewegungsmelder an. Leider aber nicht die Entlüftung. Die Silikonfugen der Badewanne waren frisch gemacht aber so deletantisch, das muss man gesehen haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße/Kreuzung raus. Ab 6:30 Uhr war ein Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht mehr möglich. Jedenfalls nicht für uns, da wir das so von zuhause nicht kennen. Das Frühstück war OK. Es gab zwar jeden Tag das gleiche aber die Qualität hat gestimmt. Frühes Erscheinen ist zu empfehlen, denn wenn die Marmelade alle ist, ist sie alle. Neue gab es keine. Bei einem Frühstückspreis von ca. 20€ sollte mehr drin sein. Das Parken ist m.E. zu teuer (18 € pro Tag). Da haben wir letztes Jahr im Ibis Hotel (Nähe Tiergarten) für nur 7€ pro Tag viel günstiger geparkt.
