The property’s location is right next to Venice Mall (which is incredibly convenient), SM Aura and Bonifacio High Street/Market Market are also very near. I would expect more luxuriousness from a “luxury residence,” but I think the price and location offset this. Also, very little time should be spent in the room, considering all of the great areas surrounding this hotel.

When in Manila

This was my first international trip and everything ran smoothly. The host was very nice and accommodating. There was an issue with my room and they changed my room. It's super convenient, and close to the Venice Mall that has shopping and food. The food is great and prices are good too as well. Great experience for my first of many trips.

It was a great time staying here. The view was nice outside the balcony. The host is pretty nice and very accommodating. The only thing that we didn’t like was the smell of our sheets and as well as the towels. But other than that, I do recommend this place and will definitely book again. Thank you!
