Location, location, location

Third time staying here. The location and the full kitchenette make this a find for the price. Close to the train station, central market, nice restaurants, the duomo and other popular sites. Apartment is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

This is quite possibly the best place to stay in all of Florence! Once we checked in I was blown away at how cozy and wonderful everything was, it was like a little cottage in the middle of the city, an easy 5-10 min walk to EVERYTHING, if and when I ever return to Florence I WILL be staying at this place again, I HIGHLY recommend!

Great little apartment complex tucked away but still close/walking distance to the centre/main attractions. Apartment came with a kitchenette (though this wasn't included in our booking) and second bed and lounge area on a mezzanine.

Easy check in. Nice staff. Accommodations were clean and orderly. It was one of the few rooms available for a last minute booking so the price was more than we would expect to pay. But it slept 3 people with a kitchen and fridge.

Good and comfortable stay with family. The location is amazing being very close to the main station. Also there are plenty of places to eat outside. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The only discomfort felt was that the room was a bit warm. The refrigerator temperature was also a bit high and did not help much to store the food items kept in it.

First time at Florence

It is little difficult to find the hotel because it’s inside of a big door that was closed during business hours. Have to use an antique key yo enter the room. The hotel bathroom shower is very small that not easy to move around when we shower. Noise from upstairs until midnight and early starting at 6. When we complained the hotels staffs said they don’t owe the upstairs properly so they can’t do much about it. I would rate this hotel 2.5. Hotel staffs are very friendly and hotel location is good easy to access to the train terminal

Sobrevalorada en las paginas de reserva.extremadamente ruidosa.permiten ruidos durante toda la noche,aparte de estar mal aislada, turistas haciendo ruido hasta mas de la de 1 de la mañ y las 5.30 de la mañana otra vez.no hay recepcion entre las 19.00 pm y las 09.00 am,cuando avisas de los ruidos por la mañana solo te piden disculpas.sin poder dormir la mitad de nuestra estancia.averia en caldera y sin agua caliente durante un dia.mala experiencia
