The hotel location is good. Less than 5min to thailand culture mrt. The front desk english is not so good but ok The shower water pressure is not so good n the aircon blower is noisy...tv channels is limited hopefully they will improve..the toilet seat is automated! .housekeeping everyday. Hotel next to metro station and esplanade mall.

Location is good with metro station and Esplanade mall right next to the hotel. However, the interior of the hotel is not that new and the sofa fabric and bathrooms are not clean in the first room that was given. I requested a change of room and while the bathroom is slightly better, the sofa fabric still looks dirty in the 2nd room. The bedroom slippers in both rooms looks worn too.

Perfect location for Rachada market, and subway. Nice swimming pool and gym. Got small kitchen with basic kitchenware provided, microwave, fridge. Also got washing machine provided. The whole space is cozy and comfortable. Only 3 shortages for this place: pricy breakfast (no much choices nearby), pigeon problem (make balcony not that clean), traffic around this area at night.

Convenient Location for Business Trip

One of my usual choices of accommodation in Bangkok. It is next to the Thai Cultural Center Metro Station, the AIA Capital Building, two shopping malls and a famous night market. Quite a convenient location. I left my wallet in the lobby during my most recent trip, and the friendly staff took the initiative to return it to my room.

The hotel is clean and room was spacious. Location wise it is a little far from the usual attractions so travelling was a concern. The AC was quite loud so sleep at night was quite disturbing. For usual tourist who goes to Bangkok for shopping, food this may not be an ideal stay.
