Excellent spa

Nice hotel in Ortigas, a short walk from Robinson Galleria and Podium malls with plenty of dining / supermarket options. Good aircon, kitchenette, excellent aromatherapy massages in a spa that is open late, good breakfast, and a very large bottle of drinking water is provided, which is particularly helpful.

Great stay. Excellent service quality from the staff. Walking distance to Robinson Mall that has a lot of shopping and dining options. The only thing I’d have changed is a heated pool as it was freezing cold. Also provide in-hotel eating options. Breakfast is ok so-so.

Location of property was nice. Room was a good amount of space. Complimentary breakfast was alright, food selection was simple. My only complaint was the street noise that you can hear loud even from the 31st floor. The noise isolation is not the best and you can hear all the sounds of traffic.

A repeat stay for us – good aircon, good wifi, spacious, nice spa offering massages at reasonable prices on the 3rd floor, fairly good breakfasts, reasonably quiet (by Manila standards). Water dispenser in the room is much appreciated.

I had an overall great experience. The staff was very welcoming and accomadating. There was always someone at the door to greet us and open the door. There was always someone at the lobby to assist us. The breakfast every morning was delicious and I felt right at home staying here. It's also a great location for pick ups and drop offs as well as for any grab orders. They have elevator access as well as a wheel chair if needed to be taken up to the room. The room itself was comfortable and kept clean. I also took advantage of the spa services for facial and the staff was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place for others.

Courteous staff, clean property, spacious room. Beware noisy neighbors late night just my luck (thinner walls) but hotel immediately resolved. It appears their breakfast options also improved from past concerns, great coffee. I’d stay again for the value.
