Apart from the terrific view of volcano and caldera, spa and pool attached to my room. We like the friendly staff and management who spend time to make our stay comfortable. They helped to organize local tour and airport pickup. Yes, let us forget the spread breakfast which they send to our room.

The staff was incredibly pleasant, and their hospitality was the highlight of the stay. However, the hot water was inconsistent, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the safety of the upstairs bedroom was concerning; there was a wide opening without guardrails near the stairwell, posing a serious risk of falling. Walking around in the room didn't feel safe due to these design issues

One of the best hotels I’ve been to!

We had the best time at this hotel. Maria, Costas, and the rest of the team were amazing. They helped us with everything from arranging transportation to the hotel, to carrying our bags, to booking restaurants and cruises. We absolutely had the best time!

The property was very accessible to downtown and many popular viewing spots. Although we visited when much of Santorini was closed, we noticed many attractions very close to the property. Great experience overall.

Cave style rooms with a private hot tub and river pool. Sunset views of the caldera. Breakfast was served in our room. Very friendly staff and helped with arranging our transfers and tours. Fira was a great location since we went in April. For the summer months it would be preferable to stay in Oia or Imerovigli.
