Great hotel !

The room was spacious with high level of comfort,with fantastic view of the las vegas . We were extemely delighted when we step into the room. My room was fully furnished with dish washer, fridge, dining area, utensils, washing machine ans dryer. Oh and not forgetting to mention that the housekeeping service was great too! The down side is that the hotel is not on the las vegas strip. but it's a short drive if you have a car. Great hotel stay. Love it!

A gamble that paid off!

Many visitors to Las Vegas would like to stay on the Strip where all the action is, but we felt we wanted a quieter location and not on the crazy stretch. We were happy with our choice of staying at the Palms Place Hotel as it accorded us a quieter more relaxed holiday away from the hustle and bustle Las Vegas is synonymous for. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent in getting us to and from the Strip with ease.

My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful.

the one bedroom is very nice big roomy apartment hotel the shower the best shower i had in a hotel rain shower with very strong pressure i dreamed of that kind of shower planning to go back and get the same room the laguna kitchen is very nice place to have brunch chic and very nice view of the pool but very affordable love palms
