Didn't get to stay there as they overbooked

Didn't get to stay there as they overbooked and told us less than 24hrs before even though I booked and paid 3 months beforehand. Had to quickly alert family travelling from other parts of the globe. Put us up at another hotel further away.. bit disappointing. Maybe next time...

A nice discovery

We love the neighbourhood. Within walking distance to Stanley Park, it was a fantastic location for us who loved to have our morning walks there. The leafy and pretty neighbourhood also has a number of good cafes for a good cup of coffee to start the day. We are extremely appreciative of Mr T Ng's kind gestures to his guests as well. Service at Rosellen was simply wonderful. The furnitures were a little dated, but the suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, and so we love the place very much.

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The building is a little run down, but the rooms are spacious and the front desk people were very friendly. It’s a short walk to denman st where there’s so many cool shops and restaurants, as well as really close to Stanley park. Highly recommend!!

The location was great. The hotel…not so much. We booked for 4 adults and the room definitely wasn’t suitable for 4 adults. The pull out bed was the worst I’ve ever seen. The hotel basically told us there wasn’t anything they could do. Then when we spoke to hotels.com about it, they reached out to the hotel who said the room was only meant for 2 people, but yet everyone booked it for 4. So they charged extra guest fees for the 2 additional people for each night, showing they clearly knew it was for 4 people. Just all around terrible customer service on both sides.

Perfect for our vacation. However, Murphy bed was very uncomfortable. Also, make sure you travel with at least one person with half a brain to help your idiot friends work the shower taps.

Trying to get into the lobby was challenging. It took awhile. The suite was quite cold. The only source of heat we could find was an electric heater in the main room. There was no heat in either of the rooms. The beds were not comfortable and there was no shower pressure. The whole place was dank…. Could use a solid cleaning

Check-in was clunky. No manager on duty when posted hours were not observed. Nice suite, difficult garage to manuever. You kinds have to figure it out on your own. Fortunately we did and was otherwise a nice stay!
